Decidedly average

As other people have remarked we were hussled into eating here by one of the waiters. I had a seafood pizza, which was basically a cheese and tomato pizza with mussel and clam shells popped on top with a prawn for good measure. A friend had spaghetti vongole, which was fine. Another friend had a... read more

So the guy out front is funny and very personable but don't let that impression affect your assumptions about the food. Some dishes were average at best while others, like my wife's lasagna, were just all around bad, like out of the microwave bad, and even cold in the center. I have made better Italian food by accident. The service... More

Service was great, food was delicious! The only downside was having a waiter constantly asking people to eat there as they walked past...got a bit annoying so try to sit away. But he was lovely! Would definitely recommend people eating here!

Great restauarnt with a really interesting menu. Ate here on a Thursday evevning and had a fantsastic meal. As well as the standard Italian menu there were lots of specials including stuffed courgette flowers, lambs liver and rabbit plus loads of very good local fresh fish in the chilled display. We had the stuffed courgettes which were stuffed with ricoctta... More

We dropped in for a late lunch. Very friendly and efficient service. Excellent thin crust pizza, ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers and octopus/celery salad. If you're strolling around this beautiful town, this is a perfect place to have a casual meal.

We ate here twice on our visit to Sorrento. The first was good, the second less so. Visit 1 - lunch. 4 meals, including lasagna, ravioli, and fresh mussels. A bottle of white wine helped it go down. All the meals were excellent, great service and we were keen to return. (4/5) Visit 2 - evening. Again 4 meals, including... More

Had a quick meal here for our first night in Sorrento. The service was great and food was decent. Felt the price of our meal was a little high for what we got.

We stopped here for lunch during our honeymoon. I had the pizza & my husband the daily special meatball spaghetti. The pizza was average & we had to ask for the advertised 'complimentary shot of limoncello' at the end of the meal as it wasn't offered to us when the final payment was made. Also, despite a 10% service charge... More

I decided to have a daily special, but asked if I could have fresh sardines and king prawns. I had 3 tiny sardines and 3 king prawns, some fries and a glass of white wine. The portion size was disappointing, so I ordered a dessert, it was not very nice and at least a couple of days old!. The most... More
