A Real Gem!

Wood fired oven throws out the best pizza, the dough was fantastic and the wood fire added that extra special flavour. It was busy with locals and the local police also were eating here. Great sign for a locals firm favourite.

My wife and I along with another couple ate here while in Sorrento in October. We found it on the recommendation of Stephanie who was our guide on an Amalfi drive tour. We really enjoyed it. The pizza was very good with a wide variety of toppings. Many locals eat here. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing-a good find, but... More

I had the focaccia and my husband had a pizza. The pizza was much better than the focaccia - which was just pizza crust with a slab of cheese and tomato on top. It had not been warmed up and the ingredients did not meld together. The atmosphere was nice with many closely knit picnic tables for seating. Bonus was... More

Recommended by our hotel owner (and by everyone else's it seems) we ate here twice, when we just wanted some casual dining. The place is always busy, but does have locals eating here, although on both our visits tourists predominated (including us of course). No frills decor and bench seating, with the pizza kitchen open to view at the rear... More

This place was recommended to us so we turned up in a big group nearly 15 of us. Big selection and the pizza was amazing some unusual toppings.

Good pizza, good service, clean and fairly priced. It gets busy but never had to wait. They have good salads and sandwiches too.

Excellent pizza, simple decor. We had lunch there, and didn't have to wait. You can tell a good place when the locals line up, and that is exactly what happened. By late evening, there was a line out the door!

This place appears to be a local favorite, as well it should be! Close to the train station, Pizzeria Franco is an unassuming place that was always packed with hungry diners chowing down on delicious pizzas. Open early until late (8 am to 2 am), this place seemed to always have customers. Prices very reasonable and pizzas absolutely delicious!

We loved Franco's. They are open late so we ate here the first night then came back two nights later. The pizza was excellent and the service was great!

This place is perfect for what it is- a casual pizzeria. We had a salad with tuna, tomatoes, and balsamic that was simple and delicious. The pizza we ordered had prosciutto, tomatoes, and arugula, and it was the same- simple and delicious.
