Fine Food at Fantastic Price

My wife and I arrived in Sorrento late at night and needed to find somewhere to eat pretty quickly. We kind of stumbled into this place as it is slightly out of the way. We were given complimentary focaccia to start with which was done the way we like it - well cooked. We both had the pasta with... read more

Had one of The sorat antipasti ever had here - tasteless, mushy shrimps were a disgrace - and it was a portion carrying their name. Pasta alla puttanesca was very good. And people were buying pizza in takeaway boxes, so that propably would be the best option in here.

Just eaten here to tonight and we cannot fault it. The menu was excellent with lots of extras thrown in, pizza, bread and limincello cocktail The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the price was good. Well worth every penny. We will return.

We had walked by earlier in the day, and had no idea what a nice meal this would be when we sat down. We were given a complimentary appetizer of small pizza immediately. I ordered the calamari salad with tomatoes and walnuts in a balsamic dressing which was fantastic. For my entree, I had a gorgonzola chicken which was superb.... More

This restaurant is just a short block from the train station/bus stop in Sorrento, and next door to Gelateria David. We got off the train from Pompeii hot, tired, hungry and thirsty, and pizza and beer sounded perfect. We were seated right away in the empty dining room (at about 7) but the restaurant filled up right after. The service... More

Best place we have found so far in Sorrento to eat! The pizzas where amazing and watching the chef prepare them was really great! But get there early if you want a table as it gets very very busy!

Wide variety of different dishes to try. Food took a little long to the table, but well worth it. Restaurant was crowded. We were lucky to have our tour guides call ahead for reservation.

Group of 6 people coming off a cruise excursion in Sorrento, Italy. We all attended their "pizza making class" so difficult to judge the rest of the menu. From other diners' plates, the food looked spectacular. The Pizza making was fun and very good pizza. For 15 Euros each we had salad, wine, pizza and many different desserts. Wonderful place.

Firstly the service is good, and they give you endless supplies of free bread/pizza bread. We started off with a pasta dish each which was OK, then moved onto the mains of Lamb/Sausage with Grilled Vegetables which were quite disappointing. The "grilled vegetables" were very greasy and not very nice. On the other hand, it is quite good value, but... More

This place is unbelievably cheap - two pizzas and two drinks costing just €20. But the food is very average, as is the setting, so it's horses for courses - pay more elsewhere if it's a special occasion otherwise yes, it will serve a purpose.
