We stumbled across this restaurant by accident. It is just off the main square and looks like an old building with stained glass windows. It was through the window that our attention was drawn to the warmth of its traditional interior. It is part restaurant part museum dedicated to the great singer Caruso. Looking in we could see the decor... More

We stopped in Sorrento on our cruise holiday and we wanted to experience the fine cusine italy has to offer. We asked the locals to reccomend a good quality restaurant at a reasonable price and we got both. The staff were amazing and the food top class and we only eat Pizza, Garlic Bread and Pasta but i can tell... More

This is a really classy restaurant. The food is wonderful. The service is very very good and professional. The decor is amazing with hundreds of photos, caricatures and drawings of Caruso. The beautiful singing of the Maestro is the constant background. The surprising thing was that it was so quiet. We were there on a Thursday night in August when... More

Great food and very unique location. If you like great Italian food and opera this is the place, prices are not bad especially if you are used to London prices.

We went here on our last night and wish we'd gone there sooner! The food, the ambience, and the music, plus the service was impeccable. I had the mix grill fish platter, probably the best fish this I've ever tasted. The extra little touches are very special and the whole night was magical for our last night in Sorrento.

We tried this restaurant because of the reviews on TripAdvisor and were really impressed. The surroundings are lovely, you feel as if you have been transported away from the ' seaside' and back in time. The service is outstanding. We both tried the taster menus, they offered one fish and one meat menu the night we were there at €60... More

We enjoyed our short trip to Sorrento and it wouldn't have been complete without good eats. This local restaurant serves up amazing food and a decent cost. The local italian beer is good as well.

We read up about this restaurant in the blurb that came with our tickets and as our other favourite eating place is owned by the same people (La Basilica) we gave it a go, even got dressed up. Caruso is singing when you arrive and the walls are covered in his memorabilia. The menu was enormous but was mainly the... More
