I have eaten here many times and it is always delicious. I always order the 5 appetizer which includes a small fritta eggplant stuffed with ricotta pickled, grilled pumpkin, a tart filled with cheeses and zucchini. The appetizers change, but they always have two different 5 starters vegies and seafood. The pasta all have differnt sauces, usually red, a cream... More

A Small cozy restaurant tucked away down one of the narrow streets in the Salerno Historic District with great ambiance, delicious traditional four course meal and personable service. All this together made it a truly memorable dinning experience. We started with a tray of various local appetizers with a bottle of a delicious regional wine, then off to the races... More

Enjoyed our first dinner so much we came back the next night. This 12 table osteria serves up fresh local food with a creative menu. Starters offer a plate with 5 small bites of seafood, meat or vegetable options. Pastas and sauce for primo are meals unto themselves and main courses feature wonderful seafood options as well as beef and... More

We had the local wine. A great appetizer that combined multiple vegetable courses for each of us. Fresh pasta and fresh truffles 46 euro. They were pleasant and we were fortunate to get a table.

In this place we had the pleasure of stimulating our palatus in 3 different languages as we listened to the owner describing the deliciously sounding Menu in 3 different languages. The antipasti were very good, both sea and land. We had pasta and it was highly above Average. Recommended. Staff is on top of all very friendly.

No menu cards offered! When asked, the owner replied - I am the menu! We were quite amused with that. Given we were vegetarians, he promptly suggested options for antipasto as well as main course. The fried potatoes with crusted cheese was yummy! And peccheri pasta with zucchini sauce was something we hadn't tried before and now is part of... More

Charming restaurant with a small and warm atmosphere. Very intimate with just a few tables. The food was great! No set menu, they will tell you what they have that evening, so you know their ingredients must be fresh and in season. We especially enjoyed the antipasto of mixed grilled vegetables, plated and served in such a way it looked... More

A lovely restaurant! The owner served us, and treated us like family. No set menu, so each dish was a bit of a surprise, but very good! I would recommend to anyone looking for some good, authentic Italian food.

A side benefit of staying at Salerno Centro B&B is that they recommend some great places to eat, and Angolo Masuccio was best of all. As others have mentioned, the menu varies daily, but there is a good variety of options, and everything we had was just perfect. I started with the vegetable starter plate, five exquisite tastes of different... More
