Good spot for a quick drink

This is a good spot to sit and have a quick drink or a gelato. We stopped by here on a hot day, while on our way from Amalfi to Ravello. The place is located just off the bus terminus and there is outside seating.I thought that the prices were quite reasonable given their location and the staff were... read more

My daughter, 13-year old grandson and I loved Bar Flavio Gioia. The gelato was wonderful and the coffee was good and strong, just the way I like it! We will definitely go back next year when we are in Amalfi...

We were aware of cover charges for sitting in cafes etc and when we came off a water taxi we looked for somewhere to have coffee, It was advertised here at 2€ and my wife went in and asked for 2 coffees and she would pay . The waiter of course said it was okay he would bring them out.... More

This place had great Gelato that was reasonably priced. That was all we had time to try, but it was excellent. They also offer free wifi to customers that had quite a reach.

A lovely restaurant to sit in the front terrace and watch the tourists go by. Despite what some other reviews have said, we did not find the prices particularly high and the bruschetta was delicious.

We had really delicious orange gelato at this spot while on a day trip to Amalfi. My husband also had an excellent cappuccino. The staff was very friendly and spoke some English. There is seating inside, but take advantage of the outside seating with a spectacular view of the beautiful Amalfi coastline. This spot also had clean, free bathrooms!

Paid €6 for a single Gelato, €4 for coffee, €3 for a small plastic bottle of still water. Their excuse was that they charged a service fee/table fee. The prices listed were much less than the prices charged although they were also expensive to start with. Had a beautiful cappuccino and cornetti a little further up the hill for €2... More

When we holiday in Sorrento, we always spend a day in Amalfi and this where we head to for lunch, everything is made fresh to order and the service is very good too. Prices are very good, especially considering the seafront location. Good cocktails too.

My wife and I had lunch here today, we previously ate here in October 2011. Lovely freshly prepared food which was quick and very tasty, the Bruschetta Amalfitana comes highly recommended, such a simple but amazingly flavoursome dish. Good gelato too and excellent and friendly service.
