With a convenient location, and a name that suggests that the apostles would have eaten there. If they did, it most certainly would have been their last supper. Small portions, incredibly oily and pasta was nowhere even near al dente. The bread might have been good, if it wasn't stale. Oh well, at least the view was nice.

We were on our honeymoon, and stumbled across this place. The menu is simple, the staff are really friendly and speak really really good English. The food is just too delicious to describe. If you are in Amalfi, you must stop here. You'll regret it if you don't.

Best food we have had in Italy. Loved the sea bream baked in lemon leaves, the gnocchi allla sorrentina and the calamari and potatoes. The Tiramisu was excellent and so was the coffee napoletana. Just a lovely dinner !

We ate here on our first night in Amalfi, and could have eaten here more than once. Loved the location, the food and service. Nice and chilled! Can't wait to eat here again when we return to Amalfi.

Wow. The best food I have had in Italy in the past week. Tasty, and home made. Food takes a little while but is well worth the wait. Outdoor seating nestled along the side of the Amalfi Duomo/Cathdral.

We were in Amalfi for a week, so we had an opportunity to eat at a number of the restaurants in town. This restaurant, while not as formal, was as good as the top rated. Several individuals in our group were returning from a hike one evening and stumbled onto this place (it's up the cathedral steps). They insisted everyone... More

Our first dining experience on the Amalfi Coast and how lucky were we!!!! We didn't check out Tripadvisor until afterwards - I know - crazy!!! We were walking around Amalfi looking for somewhere to eat and my other half said the place "looked funky" so we thought we'd try it out. The lemon pesto pasta was delicious. The tomatoes have... Good, special and excellent food. Its more of a home kitchen and dining, and still there is privacy. Hidden between the buildings. Worth while visiting for a quite romantic dinner.
