We had a really nice meal in Taverna deli Apostoli, probably the best overall experience during our stay in Amalfi. The location is great, in the main square. The food and service was really good - I had the pasta with lemon pesto, which was really nice as others have said. All in all, a really enjoyable meal.

One of the most memorable pastas during our three weeks in Italy was the pesto di limone at this restaurant. It was a unique flavor with local ingredients. I'd never tried anything like it before and very impressed. We also ordered the pasta puttanesca, which was great. I noticed many bad reviews about the service at this place. While it... More

We had a fairly nice meal here which was ruined at the end by the waiter. When the bill came we queried the 37 euro charged for our starters. It turned out that the "special" soup he had told us about cost 25 euro whereas the soup on the menu cost 15. When we politely said that next time he... More

The place is a family owned small restaurant, where the service is very personal, the dishes are tasty and the wine great! Delicious deserts too! Very nice view right over one of the main "piazza"s and the only outdoor place we found with nice lounge music. Loved it!!!

We came to this restaurant as the restaurant we visit next door regularly was closed . Initially came across really well ! But no, the minute they got busy became very funny with us . My daughter barely touched the spaghetti so I asked them if they can make something else for me and the attitude changed . Started saying... More

lovely meal just off the main piazza. had the squid with potatoes, small octopus baked in its own ink, and a nice house made pasta with lemon and italian parsley. top off with a nice limoncello.

A nice family dinner. Great way to soak up that Amalfi atmosphere near the doumo. We are a pasta family and were very happy with our meals!

We stopped by this restuarant on our first day in Amalfi. It is nestled besides the steps of the cathedral. The staff were polite and heloful and also recommended the house specials not on the menu which turned to be excellent. The food overall was very nice and I would definitely recommend this restuarant in your stay in Amalfi.

The location of this restaurant is amazing, right next to the duomo. It's a cozy place with a lot of potential, the staff is nice and polite, but very slow with the service. Food is pretty much home made but needs to add some sort of kick in the flavors. Tiramisu is amazing...

With a convenient location, and a name that suggests that the apostles would have eaten there. If they did, it most certainly would have been their last supper. Small portions, incredibly oily and pasta was nowhere even near al dente. The bread might have been good, if it wasn't stale. Oh well, at least the view was nice.
