We have traveled to many places around Europe and the United States but no other place can compare to Marina Grande. The dishes are masterpieces of wonderful tastes served by friendly and knowledgable staff. If you enjoy seafood this is the place to go, everything we have tried we would give five stars. When you have dinner it is a... More

We ate several times here during our stay and were rewarded with excellent fare on each occasion. Whist specialising in fish (of course) there was also plenty of other things to savour. Try as much as you can! Service was good and Guido was particularly helpful and friendly. This was a great find.

Our first trip staying in Amalfi, first night to this restaurant as we had read many good reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and service impeccable. We sat at the front of the restaurant and had wonderful views in the evening as the sun was setting. From the Amuse-bouche through... More

We had a table right in front and were able to enjoy the sunset and later the beautiful lights of Amalfi. The service was very professional and the food really great! Both food and wine were reasonably priced. All round a very enjoyable and relaxed evening.

Ate here yesterday evening. Service excellent and lovely views over the bay. Decor modern and stylish. Food was rather more gourmet than other more traditional Italian offerings (in Atrani nearby), however this made a nice change. Amuse-bouche served before starter which was a nice touch. Starters were delicious however very small portions, I had the king prawns (only 2 in... More

This restaurant is in an excellent location very close to the Duomo in a popular shopping strip of Amalfi. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food arrived reasonably quickly. The pizza was fairly ordinary with not a lot of filling but the pasta and seafood risotto were quite good. The wine list was extensive and had a... More

This would have to be one of the best restaurants that we ate at on our recent European trip. The food, wine (such an extensive list of local wines) and service we're great. The owner came over to ensure everything was ok with our evening at the end. When back in Amalfi will definitely eat here. Great location and view... More

Always something special with a very original menu that adds special twists to the superb local ingredients. Great service, lovely atmosphere and one of the best wine lists on the whole Amalfi coast! We're repeat visitors here and always pay at least 2 visits every time we come.

We really loved Amalfi and this place made the trip for us. We only went in the first time as it was right on the water and we thought it would have great views, we had no idea the food was to be so good. Once we were there, the menu had a snippet of its history and we came... More
