Hard to get to, but when you get their...wow! Ask for a table with a view. And the view is gorgeous. As is the food.

Although this restaurant does not have a Michelin star we felt it was better than La Caravella which does. I strongly felt it was the best we ate in in the town, but it does have very strong competition. It has a very good atmosphere and every mouthful was absolutely delicious, combined with an excellent local wine recommended by the... More

Went here for dinner, took the raw fish platter as a starter and the fish of the day which was grilled red snaper. Both delicious and very fresh. Staff is very friendly. Bit overpriced in my opinion (€65 for my two courses, no drinks and I was not really stuffed).

Just back from a 10 days trip to Italy. Had the best dinner of the trip at Eolo. I recommend the lamb, cooked to perfection. The service was friendly, and professional. The waiter matched the wines for our dishes and we were all very please with his selections. If you are looking for a romantic place to dine Eolo can't... More

Boyfriend and I visited Eolo while staying at the Hotel Villa San Michele just along the coast at Castigleone di Ravello. Eolo is very small with just a few tables and amazing views over Amalfi. We had a table close to the open terrace which was almost perfect. Staff surround you as you take your seat, hanging bags on hooks... More

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the first night of our holiday and had to return before we left Amalfi. Outstanding service, quality of food and a wine cellar that is pretty impressive.

As soon as you enter you can see the wine cellar and getting into the stairs you go and enter in a small and intimate restaurant very welcoming and chic at the same time. Fish, Fruits and vegetables are fresh and merge into a very creative menu. The Staff is knowledgeable and very gentle, to realize your perfect stay in... More

this place is outstanding. You enter via a small doorway with glass cupboards as wine cellars, up the stairs you go and enter a small, intimate restaurant; no more than 10 tables I would guess. There is an excellent a wine list and staff are helpful with the wine. We had a bottle of local wine which was excellent. The... More

On our last night in Amalfi Town we decided to splurge and go for fine wine and dinner. We eat early and arrived at 7 pm. We were the only two in the restaurant for about 45 minutes and we received excellent service. Our waiter spoke good English and recommend a regional wine from an amazing extensive wine list. If... We went of one of our honey moon nights. We wanted romance and we had it, we wanted great food and we had it, we wanted great service and good attention and we also had it. Also the view is amazing! Of course the prices are much higher than any regular trattoria in Amalfi city center but the experience was... More
