Like most of the other reviewers here I saw this as No1 on TA in Amalfi and made a mental note of it. We walked into town on our first evening and this was one of the first places I saw and we decided to give it a go - I should have realised the level of dining experience when... More

Expected this restaurant to be excellent given its #1 rating, but we were very disappointed. Ordered 4 courses and although presented well, they all lacked flavour. Total with wine was 120 Euro. 39 Euro for what was really just some battered seafood (photo taken) is ridiculous. Should have walked out when we saw no locals and heard only British accents.... More

If you want to eat here, you will need a reservation. Although, you can do what we did and called the day of...we ended up getting a table for 10pm. There wasn't much of a view because it was dark and I think we would have preferred to have been there before sunset. The food was great. The gnocchi in... More

When you want (and claim) to be number one in town … please, play the game …don't play with the credulity of tourists… don't become a "tourist's trap"…. To play the game ( and win) is to cook honestly with fresh products ( and sometimes with products !! ) … Really very expensive experience for the quality of the products... More

What can I say, we booked this restaurant after reading the reviews here and what a great choice we made. The service, food and wine were all excellent!! We booked a table on the balcony and watched the sun going down over Amalfi . Stunning views and a lovely evening bringing an end to a wonderful holiday.

Very highly recommended for food and service. Was not at all disappointed. Very exquisite food preparation with attention to freshness and taste. Service beyond reproach. A well oiled team which ensured the finest attention to detail was obvious throughout the meal. But it was the food which exceeded all expectations. Bravo. The view was an added bonus. Spectacular.

Hands down, one of the best dinners I've had in all of Italy so far. To say this place knows what they're doing is an understatement. Not only was the food good but the service was spot on. Every employee working there should be extremely proud of how good they are at their jobs. Showed up with no booking, and... More

If in Amalfi make sure you visit this fabulous restaurant. Make sure you reserve a table as it's a small venue. They start you off with a fantastic homemade bread selection and amouse bouche that is just the perfect beginning for an ultimate culinary experience. Service is very professional and very friendly. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful restaurant, very elegant, Amalfi from here looks like a postcard. Our choice of food in this restaurant has been very well suggested by the waiter who took our order. The quality of the food food was of very high standard and you can appreciate their row food dishes and fresh home made pasta. We had “Astice” and “Gran Crudi... More
