Excellent food, very sophisticated menu and very nice atmosphere. If someone wants to experience the Italian cuisine in Matera, then this is the place!

This restaurant may fool you because is part of the hotel but... I found it one of the best in Matera! The Chef is an artist, you can see him work from your seat and you can tell he knows his business. The waiter is most gentle. For breakfast you will enjoy an array of sweets made by the chef...
