Worth finding this restaurant located in one of the quiet streets of old Matera. We had Carpaccio with arugula and Parmesan. It was excellent and then we had Truffle risotto which was also excellent. Highly recommend.

Maybe this is not a restaurant for at night, but I don't know. We were here for lunch. A simple antipasti that was ok. But the tagliatelle with truffle oil and truffle leaves we're magnificent. Ok, a bit less oil would make it calorie-wise better, but its taste... Terrific.

We arrived and sat outside on a beautiful night. The food was excellent. Our daughter had a pumpkin ravioli that was her favorite meal of the entire trip to Italy! My husband enjoyed his pasta with truffles and I had the eggplant, both of which were delicious! Would definately recommend.

We sat outside. Friendly service. The owner seemed to generally be concerned that we'd be completely satisfied with the food. This place was a quick walk from our hotel (Locanda di San Martino) in the sassi. Everyone tried something different but several of us got the shrimp with risotto for one of the courses and it was truly to die... More

This was a good place for lunch and a beer on a hot summer day. The restaurant was a bit warm but the food was fine.

Restaurant Nadi is located down in the sassi. It has a very comfortable terrace with enough seats. The food is rather average italian with the usual pasta and meat dishes. The service is friendly and amicable.A good place for lunch and informal dining outside. Also one of the very few restaurants that is open on Monday

Wide variety of nice dishes, wines were good value, and I enjoyed the rather cute dog that wanders around the place. I could make this my regular restaurant if I lived in Matera. Had a very welcoming feel to it.

I live in Matera and have had some terrible meals here, Food poisoning and just dreadful food. Why...well this is a 12 /24 hour tourist destination. So a lot of places do not seem to care. This Place Nadi bucks that trend totally. It is generally packed, Its not Glam inside but having eaten here close to 7 times I... More

My family and I arrived in Matera by bus from Bari (the train doesn't run on Sunday), and after checking in to our hotel asked the desk clerk of a nearby good place to eat. We were staying in the Sassi area of town and so he suggested Ristorante Nadi because they served food from the Matera area. When we... More
