5 stars for their specialty whipped cream!

I rate the bar only 2 stars because it doesn't look nice at all inside - however just go and grab a pastry with their special whipped cream (secret recipe) which is light and tasty! Ask for a Maritozzo con panna.... very reasonably priced! You will love it!

We had a great wander around the pedestrianised area and look in the shops before finding this great little cafe. Again I visited on the recommendation from tripadviser and was not disappointed. Prepare for sticky fingers and a full tummy. We tried a selection of the desserts on offer including the famed brioche type donut. The coffee is rich and... More

Stepped there by chance with an Italian friend and was very surprised by this small café. Don't miss the Maritozzo con la Panna. kind of sweet bread filled on the spot with cream. A real trip to heaven for cream lovers.

This is an institution in town and it's a kind of heaven. The special guest here is Maritozzo con la panna. An incredible brioche, very soft and fresh filled with fresh cream (made of fresh milk). It's probably the best dessert you can ever eat. It's cheap and it's something you have never ate in any other place. You must... More

An old-time venue well known by locals, placed in the main shopping precint of the town. Although the bar has recently undergone some heavy refurbishment works, it still hardly catches the eye of the unaware passer-by, what with the many modern-style groovy bars and patisseries in the area, yet it is one of the best places in town if in... This in an institution in town and is a very old confictioners shop that still prepares the best pastries ever. Located in the heart of downtown, mostly locals go there. Furniture is very old and the place is not stylish at all, but the long queue testifies how much it is delicious. they are famous for the "maritozzo" a kind... More
