We were excited to try this place given its top 10 rating on TripAdvisor and overall we had a nice experience. We had a vegetable lasagna type dish as a starter, seafood paella as our main and our desert escapes me (hence the title of the review). Overall the staff was extremely accommodating, the restaurant has a great atmosphere and... More

We read about this restaurant on Tripadvisor while looking for recommendations for a good paella in Valencia. The positive reviews were very encouraging and so we decided to go and try it for ourselves. And so we did. We booked a table at the restaurant a few days before. The restaurant is small but it does have a nice ambience.... More

We decided to go here based on the TA reviews. We only wanted to have a quick look to see what it was like but decided to stay for lunch as we were starving. Ended up having a Valencian Paella which was freshly cooked and tasted great. I have had this at other Valencian restaurants and this was the best... More

We loved Navarro! Everything was great; service, location, food. Great mussels and Valencian paella. And it' s not expensive for the quality of food that you get. Definitely a must if you visit Valencia!

Enjoyed a Saturday evening meal here and would return. Our hotel was asked to make us a booking but they forgot but as we turned up not long after the opening the owners were very accommodating and we managed to get a table. Nice atmosphere and interesting menu choices and enjoyed the truffles as light dessert with coffee and the... More

I had Sunday lunch here after reading about it on Tripadvisor. It is a clean, friendly restaurant. The staff have very little English but were helpful. The main courses all were accompanied by a type of potato crisp, there was no alternative to this offered when requested. We did not find this palatable so went for the paella. The paella... More

Dear Madam, We disagree completely with your opinion, we don’t think it reflects the reality of our restaurant. This is a family restaurant established in 1961 and now run by three sisters, the daughters of the founders. We open every day of the week. All three of us speak fluent French. One of us also speaks good English and Italian... More

My husband and I had been in Valencia for 3 days and in general were disappointed with the range of food available. Finding a decent paella was top of our list and even went out to El palmer to try and find one, only to be disappointed. On our last day in Valencia we decided to try Navarro hoping that... More

I often have to travel to Valencia for business and have tried several restaurants over the years. This one is outstanding and deserves to be mentioned. Everything was nice, from the starter (try the millefeuille with aubergine!) to -of course- the paella. Special mentioning to the excellent service and welcoming smile. I will be back with the family!

We visited because of the good reviews on TA and were not disappointed. We enjoyed our food and service so much we went 3 times over a week. We had great seafood, a lovely Paella on Sunday lunchtime in Valencia - perfect. Each time the service was with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Be clear, this is... More

For many years I have used Trip Advisor’s restaurant recommendations and have always found them to be quite accurate. This was the very first exception, and in a big way. The entire experience was a disappointment. Although there were several tables for two empty in the main floor we were taken to the upper floor where we were offered a... More

Dear Sir, We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t get a good impression of our restaurant and we’d just like to answer some of your comments. You didn’t like your table: don’t forget that as soon as you told us, we offered several other tables for you to choose from and moved you. Waiting time for first and main courses:... More
