Come and savour mediterranean fusion food in this centrally located and highly recommended restaurant in Valencia's historical Barrio del Carmen. Just a few metres from the cathedral square, this restaurant is a relaxing retreat after a morning of sightseeing. Stephen Anderson heads the friendly English speaking team. Eat alfresco or in the modern, comfortable, designer interior. The daily lunchtime menu is excellent value for money and the a la carte is an opportunity to try the gastronomic offer of one of Valencia's best fine dining restaurants.

We had the set tasting menu dinner; we were told there was no choice, but any allergies could be allowed for. We don't have any, so that was not a problem. There were about 4 small starters followed by larger portions of fish then meat, then the desert. The fish was particularly good. It was all of... read more

I booked Seu Xerea for lunch as a birthday treat for my boyfriend based on the Tripadvisor reviews. It's a gorgeous place located on a side street by the Plaza de la Virgin. We had the menu of the day accompanied by a couple of glasses of a local red wine. Could not fault the food or service and at... More

Great service in this very modern restaurant. Lacking in atmosphere at first (we were seated at 8pm) but livened up as the evening went on. We had the set tapas menu with tasting wines. All very good, excellent value on the wine. Enjoyed our meal here, would recommend.

Went here for lunch on 17th. We selected from the 4 course daily lunch menu. The ingredients blended exquisitely, the taste was amazing. We had a couple of glasses of wine from a local vineyard, which was recommended and was fabulous. Great value for 20 euros per head , plus the wine. Location was great .

The night we ate at Seu Xerea, it was fairly quiet. In fact only one other table had a customer. We wondered about that but we shouldn't have worried as our food and experience were excellent! The atmosphere is wonderful, with white tablecloths, good service, and attention to detail. My husband and I shared an appetizer of stuffed artichokes. Then... More

From the stylish decor to the warm, friendly staff, Seu Xerea had me before I even tasted the food! The food is fresh and the menu is unique. It was a highlight of my recent visit to Valencia.

WOW we have been travelling through Spain for 5 weeks now with friends and have had some great food experiences but Seu Xerea wins hands down to date. Our experience started as we entered with friendly wait staff and décor. The menu was extensive and also included various vegetables which so far we have found to be left off many... More

Cannot fault the quality here. We were looking for a less formal dinning but when number of places we found on trip advisor were in fact closed down we decided to go for the safe option. No regrets. Oysters in gin fizz are amazing, ox cheek delicious, perhaps the fish could be a little bigger portion but nevertheless very nice.... More
