The Moroccan style lamb I ate here was excellent. The restaurant has a nice style and ambience about it. It deserves to be one of the best in valencia. You can sit outside and enjoy the warm evening or retreat to the cool inside. friendly staff who will deal with English explanations with ease and politeness. Recommended.

Just by chance, we happened to go last week to the Ma Khin restaurant in the Mercado Colon. It was very good and a wonderful blend of Asian flavors. As we were leaving, the waiter handed me a card for Seu Xerea, chef Stephen Anderson's sister restaurant in the old city. We decided to try it for lunch today. (It... More

Spanish cuisine, but with a little Asian influence and fusion, creates a wonderful taste sensation from this excellent restaurant. Modern design, great menu, very pleasant professional service, amazing food. We tried watermelon gazpacho, spinach and cheese filo, prawns with coconut satay sauce, Morroccan lamb with curry style sauce and beef cheeks in teriyaki sauce, all absolutely exquisite. An absolute up... More

After a bizarre experience at a highly rated restaurant in town the night before, Seu Xerea was a much needed break from traditional Spanish food. They put a slight Asian twist on the dishes which were pretty tasty. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly and at the same time made tout feel like you were in a... More

Seu Xerea is a treasure of a restaurant! It is placed in a beautiful quiet side street in the historic section, just behind Plaza de la Virgen. All dishes are wonderful and elegantly served. We dined there several times, and the menu is big and imaginative, and never boring. Each dish with intriguing flavours. There were giant oysters, watermelon-gazpacho, paté... More

A great combination of local cuisine, but with a little twist that reflects that life exists outside Europe and can contribute positively to the local cuisine. A lovely small restaurant with some pleasant outdoor tables and a modern design interior for the other tables. Excelellent design of menu choice, tapas plus a few choices of a la carte main dishes... Really terrific food is served in this comfortable restaurant with a nice ambience. The menu is a fusion of classic Spanish ingredients with a lighter touch, clean straightforward flavors and whimsical presentations. Our meal was wonderful and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. A fine dining experience. They make a good Agua de Valencia here as well.

Excellent food served in a nice ambience. Local wine complemented the food nicely and they went out of their way to ensure the vegetarian options were many and varied.

We had a fantastic dinner last night at Seu Xerea. We went a la carte and every course was simply superb. The staff were very welcoming. Thankfully they were able to speak English. We took their recommendations on local wine to go with each course and could not have been happier. The Orange flavoured desert wine was the highlight. Whilst... More
