Come and savour mediterranean fusion food in this centrally located and highly recommended restaurant in Valencia's historical Barrio del Carmen. Just a few metres from the cathedral square, this restaurant is a relaxing retreat after a morning of sightseeing. Stephen Anderson heads the friendly English speaking team. Eat alfresco or in the modern, comfortable, designer interior. The daily lunchtime menu is excellent value for money and the a la carte is an opportunity to try the gastronomic offer of one of Valencia's best fine dining restaurants.

Wonderful menu. Excellent service

We have been coming here for years and I am surprised to see I had never written a review! We have gotten to know the chef personally and follow his endeavors in the city. I especially enjoy his Thai twist on some of his plates. The menu of the day always has a nice variety. It is a... read more

We went for lunch and were positively surprised by only one (fusion) menu to choose from. At an unbeatable price of 22€ for 4 courses plus amuse gueulle. Matching wines in three categories - nicely selected from local to international. The setting looks much more fine dining as the prices would suggest. Service was very pleasant and the attention to... More

This is simply the best we went to on our trip to Valencia. It is a beautifully designed restaurant with food to match. Each dish we had was superb and sublime. The wine selection is top notch. We had our first paella in Valencia here. We tried another restaurant's paella on another day and it was not equal to Seu... More

By looking trough the window we thought this could be a restaurant with a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. Our assumption was confirmed. The local white fish (shrimp fish?) that my wife chose was very good. My duck was really tastefull and was perfect in combination with the vanilla cream, the pear syrup and the sauce. For me the duck... More

I enjoyed most of the food that came with our Midday Christmas Menu but some of the dishes could have done with an extra dash of salt. Overall interesting flavours but missing the kick I was hoping for. Great service and fair price.

Let me explain... The owners of this establishment are just like the rest of the true citizens of this beautiful city: very independent. Even though the openings posted say it is open, it may not be... or it tells you it is closed when one would expect it to be open during the hours marked. So it happened we went... More

Strange setting. Monday 30th and a restaurant almost empty. Staff is friendly but a little distant. Food is nice but overpriced and to be found everywhere in Europe. If you want a Spanish kitchen do not go there. Wine is on average 30 % more expensive for the same wine in other places.

Visited Seu Xerea once again in April for my birthday treat, and was certainly not disappointed. If anything this restaurant just keeps getting better and better. The front of house team are great, friendly and helpful. And the food just keeps getting better! We had never asked what the rice of the day was- and we did this time. My... More

What a fantastic restaurant, something completely different food wise, a nice smart and clean restaurant with helpful and friendly staff. The selection of starter was very different, actually ended up have a couple and really wanted to try them... I'll be going back next time I'm in Valencia.
