Delicious food, quiet service. A little more expensive than some of the other cafes in the area north of the Cathedral de Valencia, but a nice change from the busier outdoor cafes.

We had the menu del dia lunch at this restaurant. The menu was delightfully original (ox cheek), and very well presented. Roger, the owner, has been here 18 years, and is clearly a professional. All ingredients were first class, some from his vegetable garden. We will be back.

I ate solo in Seu Xerea on the Saturday night of Valencia restaurant week...the table didn't look promising as it was "marooned" in the middle of the (quiet) street...but I actually enjoyed watching the passers by. The set tasting menu proved to be absolutely stunning and incredible value. My favourite was pâté de foie gras topped with a mango jelly... More

The big menu at SeuXerea is fantastic this summer. I have spent a week pre-vacation and had it 5 times! Now it is only two weeks until I’m back, and I really look forwards to the menu, starting with brilliant Gin Fizz oysters and ending with a wonderful strawberry soup for desert. Coupled with a staff that really makes you... More

Having heard about this restaurant it took a little while to track it down, but it was well worth it. We went for lunch I had razor clams (Navajes) and daube of beef. My husband had octopus and fish of the day. We both thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. We enjoyed it so much that we... More

Having been to some misses in terms of eating in Valencia, this was a refreshing and surprising hidden gem! Although not super-easy to find near the Basilica and Cathedral, it was was best food I've had in Valencia so far. I went for "comida" (lunch) and was treated to a light, healthy, and fully satisfying 5-course meal for just €20!... More

A group of us went on A Friday lunchtime with no real expectations one way or the other, it was a recommendation from a friend of a friend. Nice place very minimal and cool, the staff were great, service good. The party were split with our views on the place which sort of suggests the food was a bit of... More

Ate here on a Saturday night- so you'd expect them to have their 'A' team on really. We sat down at 10pm, and half an hour later, hadn't even been given a menu. It was 45 mins in total before we got a drink- even water. The table next to us complained (they had even worse) and got their desserts... More

Thank you very much for your comments. I sincerely apologize for the waiting time you suffered when you came for dinner last week. Sadly we are not perfect, and there are occasions when we make mistakes. However I can assure you, that excellent food and service and satisfied customers are our absolute priority and we do manage to achieve this... More

My husband and I visited this restaurant twice in two days, on one day for lunch and the next evening for dinner! Both times the service was excellent, particularly on the Saturday evening when we chose the taster menu, the theme being linked to the Valencia Boat Show and so predominantly fishy! Each dish was so beautifully presented and the... More

We ate here at Easter last year and came back again this Easter as we enjoyed the food. We had an interesting and varied set of 4 starters. Although some of the dishes aren't automatically what I would choose, they all surprised me with their interesting flavours - for example, squid is not usually my favourite but was absolutely delicious....
