So I am going to respectfully disagree with other reviewers and give this place 5 stars. We went because according to guide books it was the place to go for paella. Our server was actually really good - it looked like the entire staff was working very hard. Our food was great, we got the seafood paella and mussels. Plus,... More

The service was nice enough and recommended us good wine as well. The paella mixta is a must there, it was as tasteful as local citizen's cooking skill! Great view on the main beach of Valencia

Visited for afternoon lunch - was quite busy and the terrace was full so sat indoors. We only had paella to eat but this was really nice. Perhaps on the moderately expensive side, but a great location right next to the beach and a restaurant with a great history to its name.

Very good sea food. 'All i Perbe' and 'Sepia Plancia' were amasing. Service is excellent. Go there, and fell like in a hone moon)

The hotel reception suggested this place for great Valencian seafood. The food was good but was spoilt by the terrible service. Waiters were rude and just wanted to turn tables. Civera and others in the old town provided authentic Valencian food and impeccable service. If you want something special, la pepica is not the place, sorry

This restaurant offers excellent food but is a bit pricey. Some of the waiters are a bit rude. Make sure they don't bring you bread if you don't want it. It's expensive! On the whole, I must say that the food is delicious and worth overlooking these other factors. Will be returning!

This restaurant is recommended by hotel reception. We went this restaurant after swimming for lunch, i was still wearing swimming pants, but they let us in. Food was excellent, grilled vegetables and Paella we have tried. Reservation recommended.

The most amazing seafood paella I have ever had. Forget about all others restaurants at the seaside and book La Pepica. It's really busy during lunch/dinner, so book in advance a you'll have the most tasty paella with really fair price.

That's about it. Without a reservation you will face hours of waiting for your rice. This place is famous and its been there a long time and was visited by Hemingway. So what? If you are looking for the real deal, give it a try if you have the time. Many say the single serving paella you get around town... More
