Eating a very good paella just by the rice fields of the Albufera Natural Park! Amazing experience! A little expensive, but worth it.

Really worth the trip to/from Valencia in a cab (about 20 min, €25 each way). Great lunchtime restaurant in calm environment of the Albufera national park. Classic paella dishes, eels of course, and other local and seasonal culinary delights. Should not be missed for occasional visitors to the area, not cheap by any means, €40/per person, perhaps a little more, but well worth it.

Highly recommended restaurant. A bit hard to find, better ask locals for directions once in the village, but worth the effort. Great little restaurant, very local and right by the rice fields and waterways of the Albufera National park. Not easily accessible, right at the very end of the village of El Palmar which is quite a local tourist area, but well worth going to. The rice and we had a dish called "Arroz Señoret" was just amazing.
