Just buy everything on the menu here. It is all amazing. And super cheap. I can't get over what amazing value this restaurant was. This was one of my all time favourite tapas places in Valencia and a must for any tourist that is looking for great food. Book well in advance - it's difficult to get a seat!

Agree with all the other commentary on this well established and superb food and wine venue. A complete surprise that we stumbled over and the family enjoyed every tapa. Our waiter who spoke fluent English guided us expertly and recommended fantastic house wines as well. Pricing was likewise the best value of our Spanish tour

I can't say enough good things about this place. Obviously being English we were just about the first people through the door and were pretty hungry by the time we got there. the decor is modern rustic, with old farm implements and stills things dotted about the place and actually taking up quite a bit of space in the main... This was an amazingly great place to eat and drink. Not much to look at from outside, Inside the welcome, décor, seating arrangements and overall atmosphere were terrific. Brilliant, knowledgeable service and equally brilliant food and wine - all at very reasonable prices. Try the salt cod croquetas. Sadly, no fresh fish on a Monday, so must go back next... More

Spain is full with average-quality-tapas-style-restaurant-chains, especially in tourist areas. This place is not in this category, it truly feels & tastes authentic. We went on a monday night and on monday there are no fresh fish tapa's. That was a bummer, but nevertheless we had a perfect night and the waitress made some really good suggestions. Finally, dessert tip: "Tocinito... More

What an amazing find. This is truly a locals type of resturant. It was recommended by a spanish friend and I only wish we had more time in valencia to go back again. Our waiter H was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! everything was fresh and fried food was nice and dry... not soaked in oil. The tomato... More

The setting and decoration is that of an old wine selling shop, they serve either tapas or small dishes which most of the patrons enjoy standing and having one of their wines. There are also a few tables where you can sit down for dinner, but you have to reserve them in advance, as it gets crowdy in the evening.... More

Visited this restaurant after seeing good reviews. It is very out of the way but worth the trip. We had booked a table for 4 in advance but bizarrely were placed on our own on the first floor in a small room/ hallway in front of the staffroom. We asked if we could be placed downstairs with the other diners... More
