Found this restaurant with difficulty even when right outside. You have to ring a not very obvious bell in a black door in an unlighted entrance to get in. Rather furtive. We had the 11 course tasting menu. Wonderful and unusual flavour combinations. Excellent service and a very reasonable bottle of Ribera del Duero but that was the only 'budget'... More

My wife and I dined here on Thursday and I have had mixed feelings since; The menu was intriguing and inventive and the service impeccable but the salt levels... One of the positive things often said about a seafood dish is that they taste of the sea and certainly that applies here. However we should remember that the true taste... More

We took a menu called "degustación", each dish was delicious and a professional care that Ricardo Camarena and his team charms you with turns you into a great mood of a respected guest. Drinks were well selected to each dish and the last one digestive was on restaurant.

From the time you step thru the black door, you must understand what a unique experience you're about to game. Excellent service, a very profesional kitchen, and beautiful presentations. We knew we were in for an outstanding evening then the hostess spent time selecting the perfect ice cubes for our gin y tonicas. They chefs never seemed harried or loud... More

For sure the high level of this restaurant don't give any opportunity to critical. Scenic, good ingredients , whimsically cooking and so and so..but honestly , considering the level of Valencia restaurant , the price is not competitive with other Europe competitors. Only for rich travellers and of course for lovers of good food.

After arriving at an inconspicuous door, we were shown the 'chefs table' We choose the 11 course taster menu. First of all the waiter came over with some lovely warm home made bread which after my fourth slice the waiter actually said, "i advise you to stop eating the bread, i know its lovely i made it myself this morning"... I don't know if this restaurant has a Michelin star or not. The previous one of Ricard Camarena had one and you can guess what kind of restaurant it could be when you go there. I had a degustation menu. I won't say that I was impressed by everything but some plates were really exceptionnal. Especially, when it deals with... More

A wonderful experience of dinner. The Chef in person takes your order. He designs your menu. It is worth it.
