Easy Vegetarian

We had a very nice vegetarian meal at Copenhagen. This is a fully vegetarian restaurant and offers a wide range of dishes. It has a pleasant ambiance and is easy going and laid back. The prices are reasonable for both food and drinks. There are 2 sister restaurants in Valencia but Copenhagen did... read more

This place was so great we visited twice during our trip in Valencia. Spain isn't too known for vegetarian food so this fantastic restaurant was a huge surprise. The service was good, they spoke fluent English, the prices were affordable, especially compared to Finland. Whether your veggie or not, you should pay a visit to Copenhagen. I'm sure many of... It's hard to find good vegetarian food in Spain. After endless jamon and tapas, the Copenhagen is like a breath of fresh air. The menu is creative and diverse. They carry local artisanal beers. They are in the hip Ruzafa neighborhood just outside the city center. The two of us had dinner for about $32. The veggie hamburger and the... More

We visited lunchtime and had the set menu for the day. First course include a small cup of soup, a salad and a mushroom toast for each of us. Then there was a good pesto spaghetti and a very interesting potato rosti. The star came in the desert course - a lime/mint sorbet which rather overshadowed the coconut rice pudding.... More

A wonderful selection of vegetarian - and raw- cuisine in an intimate yet easy going space. They had a great selection of wines and beers, very humane service, and the food cooked with soul, absolutely digestible (which isn't always the case with vegetarian foods). You can't go wrong, even the desserts were elegant and delicious, I recommend the ginger ice cream!... More

Great to find a vegetarian restaurant that serves good and up-to-date food in a fresh and decluttered environment and breaks away from the rustic food, feel and look that most vegetarian restaurants sell and portray. Whether or not you are a vegetarian, give it a try!

I've been vegetarian for 12 year, from a couple of days I've decided to take a 30 days vegan challenge so I decided to try this vegetarian/vegan restaurant. PERFECT. The soup and the Hindù rice were delicious, and the nut ice cream just spectacular. The atmosphere is clean and relaxed, really simple and with good music. Finally a palce where... More

Vegetarian or not, this place is a real find. We had a fantastic first night meal here, so much so we booked again for the last night! The dishes cater for gluten free too and I thought the humous served with GF flat bread was delicious. I has a mushrom salad and that was a very rich tasting morish one,... More
