it is very hard to get vegetarian meals in Valencia, it's just not in the mind set. Copenhagen - in the Russafa district, walking distance from plaza de ayuntamiento - is a very nice and welcome treat for vegetarians. The menu might be a bit on the longish side but the choices are good and the portions are generous. An... More

I came here a few weeks a go. The fact of it being a vegetarian restaurant always pulls one back, but I think it was one of the best choices I could've ever had. To begin with, this restaurant has a very modern decoration, kind of minimalistic. Waiters, waitresses and the manager are all very polite, educated and help you... More

There are 3 restaurants in this group. Copenhagen, Malmo and recently Oslo and this one is the best, this week anyway ! We are not veggies, but the results on Trip were so good we had to try. The surrounding areas appears to be in the process of gentrification ( very artistic) and this eatery leads the way. The goats... More

Friendly waiter, exellent food, good vine... we are normally not vegetarians or vegans, but we missed nothing and had a very good evening.

As a vegetarian, I am always willing to give vegetarian restaurants a little extra appreciation when coming up with creative food. Copenhagen needs none of my charity. The food here is delicious, and the staff really works hard to make sure you have all the attention you need.

This is a lovely, spacious and well decorated restaurant in the trendy Ruzafa district behind the Bull Ring. We dropped in at lunchtime (2.30 for those unfamiliar with Spanish mealtimes!) and had the 10 euro three course menu del dia (drinks extra). Home-made bread and salty olives made a lovely appetiser followed by a lovely lentil and artichoke stew starter.... More

This slick new(ish) restaurant has an ethos and design that pays respectful homage to the city it’s named after. I’m not vegetarian but I prefer to eat like I am. Other promising veggie options ruled themselves out by being closed on Sundays. Copenhagen is not a typical Spanish restaurant. It stands out: blond woods, white walls, a huge blackboard with... We found this restaurant accidentally. It was very close to our hotel, and we were in Valencia for the marathon. In the evening, we were starving, and some other veggie restaurants we already knew were closed. Nice atmosphere, clean place, the waiters were very friendly; and one of them was even vegan!! In the beginning, we ordered too much food,... More

Probably the best vegetarian restaurant that I have been in Spain. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. The art deco is great as well. Make sure that you make a reservation as it gets very busy!
