We had been walking on by for almost a fortnight because the windows are so dark it is really difficult to know if they are open for business. Today, we plunged rightin and were delighted that we had done so. Argentine cooking owes a lot to the country's old ties to Spain's empire and to the derivative gaucho tradition. We... More

We ate here based on the reviews from TripAdvisor as one of the best steak restaurants in valencia. However it was a mixed bag. We both shared a selection of the empanadas to start which were excellent. Then for the main course my partner had the beef fillet steak and I had the fillet mignon. My partner thought her steak... We were directed to this restaurant by our hotel, we expected it to be expensive but we also expected it to be special. Maybe because it was a Wednesday and quiet but the meal was only average and very expensive. I had stewed chorizo which was little more than a few bits of chorizo in a bowl. We shared a... More

I must say this, if you can't afford something in the first place, why get it?? That rule applies to everything, I have noticed so many reviews about this place being expensive! Really?? For those who enjoy meat, you have to try it, I have ordered every meat here, it's always of great quality, I have been here about 5... More

What a meat !! Don't even try the mixed gril plate. Make a choice. Choose your meat and you will not be disappointed. Great choice of gins and tonics. A good moment, for meat lovers bit not only. Sitting at the bar after dinner is a noce option.

Ate here on my wife's birthday whilst in Valencia with our youngsters and really nejoyed our meal. You can choose from any number of excellent meats, mainly beef steaks, even wagyu beef which is pricey but exquisite. There's Argentinian beef, European (Irish) beef and Spanish beef, as well as chicken, pork and Argentinian chorizo (which is different from Spanish chorizo).... More

I work in a nearby 5* hotel (not SH Palace) and this used to be a place I recommended while Concierge and previous management (it was called Tango & Brasas). I decided to give it a try with new management and see why it's nr. 1. The entrants were just ok, but not great. I tryed the Patagonian specialty, and... More

Despite not having a mortgage or even being close to owning a house, I would need to take out a second mortgage to eat here again. Although we visited on a Saturday night the restaurant wasn't buzzing, and the service was slow. Must have taken a good twenty minutes for the smiley waitress to bring us our gin and tonics.... More

Not the sort of place in which a vegetarian would normally aspire to dine, but I don't like eating alone and the rest of my family wanted to go to Asador Ushuaia, and who was I to deny them... My starter was a kind of goat cheese salad, very very good and then I had a the “charcoal grilled vegetables”,... More

Saw the mixed reviews but decided to come anyway. It was a Monday so pretty quiet but the Agentinian steak was excellent and the wine sublime (but failed on the 1st 2 selections but lots of apologies). It also has a Gin bar with 115 different Gins and 15 different tonics! The process of preparation was extensive and we both... More
