For the amuse bouche --- there were 5 items! All small tastes - excellent - but, the one that was a unique experience for me was wood. It was a twig - and, it came with a sauce. The twig was actually soft and not chewy at all. It sort of crumbled and was quite digestible. I would probably never... More

Couple of days ago, we went dinner to Kiaora appealed by the dishes’ colourful photos and reading good reviews about. It was a Saturday night. My reservation was at 10pm but I was late. Then I called to communicate my delay (20min) and a gentle voice said “no problem at all”. Actually in the restaurant that night there were only... More

Offered two tasting menus in English and Spanish (€30 and €42). Worked menu around for my veggie companion. Tasting plates were amazing..particularly the broccoli which looked liked a tree branch. Fake tomato also superb. Fish and meat courses had lots of flavour. Best course was desert with two dishes to share...chocolate dish came in a pot and looked like clay,... More

We visited this restaurant for a second time in March with our son and it was just as good as our first visit in January. The flavours of the fresh food are put together so well and the creativity is not overdone so that a good balance is achieved throughout. The chef and staff are so helpful and friendly that... More

The restaurant is not located near the city centre tourist areas but is within the old city and easily walkable from the centre. The front section is fairly plain but tables for dinner are in the smart rear of the restaurant. So don't let the initial appearance put you off. The chef/owner greeted us warmly. He speaks good English, having... More

The first impression might be ‘overdone design’ but that would be misleading: The cuisine is organic creative tasty well-served and affordable. Part of their food is grown on a farm on the countryside in the region. Fab. Let’s remind ourselves how difficult it is to cook with regional ingredients, being creative and not overcharge the result with weird combinations. If... More

One of my favourite places in Valencia. Love it as it is organic, healthy and creative food and for what the chef offers the prices are really good!! I totally recommend going there if you like creative cuisine and like to try different dishes.

The first impression was not exactly great as it looked more like a cafe setting with not the greatest selection of music. But we did leave warm and well fed....reminds me of my healthy spa diet. The food is well thought of and being a bio kitchen, one does leave feeling replenished with all the good things you are meant... More
