Description: Apicius is a creation based on our idea of gastronomy. We love a cuisine of clean flavours and clear scents, like in the old times, selecting and using local produce of superb quality. The composition of our dishes is meticulous and precise and it always gets the best out of fresh ingredients. Our offer is a healthy, mediterranean, and strictly seasonal cuisine. Every dish designed in our kitchen tries to communicate the passion and love we feel for our fine craft.. We look forward to welcome you to our house and be your guides through your gastronomic journey. Enrique Medina, Chef de Apicius Restaurante Yvonne Arcidiacono, Jefa de Sala de Apicius

The food was very good. The presentation of the food was original. We enjoied everything. The cook and her couple were kind.the location of the restaurant is not very easy to find but deserves every minute you spend.

Spanish/international cuisine in location by Mestalla stadium and 5 minutes walk from Palau de la Musica. Note free parking in Av. de Aragon other than on soccer match days (not the blue bays, which pay a low municipal parking fee till 2 pm and from 4 to 8 pm). A relatively hidden gem in Valencia for formal modern dining. Pigeon... More

Quality of the food is excellent and the 35 Eur menu is extremely rewarding. Oposed to some other reviewers I think the price / quality... More

We had lunch and chose a Degustation Menu. Our food was reasonably good but lacking imagination and could have been more flavourful. The sadness was the serving staff. Maybe something had happened that day, but they were serious, with no smiles - which is highly unusual in Spain. There was no feeling of teamwork among the three people, one of... More

Over four days in Valencia, we had a number of exciting and delicious meals thanks to our local host whose wife apparently knows every chef in Valencia. On our last night, before catching the TrenHotel to Granada, we "grazed" at Apicius. We pretty much had the place to ourselves since most Spaniards were at home exhausted from celebrating Spain's soccer... More
