A tucked away secret

A hidden little gem in Valencia where the food is delicious, reasonably priced and made with a personal touch. The rabbit and duck paella was delicious.

You never were in Valencia if you did not visit this place and ordered for their very own Paella Valenciana! Great food, great ambiance, and great service!

Followed TripAdvisor reviews and ate here. Had 4 different paellas and they were good but nothing special. Touristy but probably better than most of the even more touristy restaurants in Valencia. Good value and food for money.

Very delicious. We ate grilled calamari which was excellent. Also paelleas are good. Home made drink which is made with anis and herbs was fantastic.

In the heart of the old town, in a narrow street, you find it by chance. The décor is rich, old and traditional; the choice of food small but of good quality; the service simple, familiar and attentive. Not a luxurious place, but a place for an honest dinner and a small spend. I had good seafood and good fish,... More

Very good Paella. Restaurant is a bit hidden in a side road. Definitely worth it. Waiter is fluent in English.

Bodegó is an adorable little restaurant with seating in an alley way. We were lucky to have some musicians playing near us which was lovely. The wait staff was extremely kind and spoke English which was nice. My friend and I ordered paella de Valencia for two, and it was delicious. I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever... More

Don't normally eat in restaurants in and around tourist hotspots but really pleased we did this time. The restaurant is located in a small back street just behind Valencia Cathedral and it is very easy to walk past it. But don't. The staff were very friendly and the Valencia paella is highly recommended. Wines are very good and not expensive.... More

Lovely, authentic Spanish restaurant tucked away in a small backstreet near the cathedral. Excellent Paella, red wine and melt in the mouth dates for dessert. Need to book. We arrived just after it opened for the evening at 8.30 on a Tuesday night and all outside tables already full. Thoroughly recommend
