We've had a very nice evening, very good food (excellent paella), you can take your time to eat and enjoy, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good price/quality rate, interior chiq. If you're staying in El Carmen than you have to go here. Highly recommended.

We really loved this restaurant! The food was really good. The best pan con tomate we had in Valencia. We also ordered a started- the fried Brie with blueberries. It was an unusual (for us) dish and really good. Huge portion. One was more than enough for the two of us. For dinner, we ordered the cod and cauliflower paella.... More

We shared a starter of chipirones (baby squid) with young garlic and green beans while we waited for our main course of paella. It was absolutely delicious and the paella was tasty, too. With a bottle of crisp white wine, fizzy water and coffees, our bill came to €52. We'll definitely eat here again, for the chipirones alone!

We arrived at the restaurant as it opened and was able to get a table. We ordered a vegetarian Paella which was very tasty, however there needed to be just a little more vegetables. The ambiance was ideal and after eating chatted to other diners around. We first visited the restaurant five years ago and if it is open on... More

Mid February we had dinner here on a Tuesday, as it was closed on Monday, the day before. The ambiance is a mix of modern and classic, the staff is friendly, not speaking much English, and helpful. The menu has nice starters and a good choice of meat, fish and other mains. The portion of "rape" I ordered was tasty,... More

My husband and I had dinner at this place on a saturday evening. The place already had a few customers when we arrived, but we were still sat promptly. We ordered a paella valenciana, and were warned that it would take about 40 mins to cook, which we were expecting, so that wasn't a problem. But then the waitress heavily... More

This is a great restaurant and deserves its high ranking. The staff don't speak much English but were charming and helpful. The food was delicious and the place packed with locals. Not the cheapest but we thought it was good value as the whole experience very enjoyable.

Located right near Quart Gates (from gates - 1st one is bar, 2nd premices in 50m - restaurant). Always fully packed, reservation in advance is a must. Right choice for those who require more that simple paella and tapas. Tried degustation menu EUR18pp (3 entrantes per person, large paella for 2 with shrimps and tiny bits of squid + several...
