Delicious fusion in Valencia

We tried this small but cozy restaurant in Valencia's ancient city centre. The food was just great: the monkfish was nicely cooked and the red tuna an emotion for our tongues. Negative point: a couple of dishes were unavailable when we went there but I guess this was due to the period (end of... read more

Been here before a few times with my wife and family and we have always enjoyed it so I took along a friend with whom I had been to see the football. The menu is always different so it is difficult to explain what type of food you will get as the chef cooks a lot of different types of cuisine.From... This restaurant is great. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the menu is creative, the food is really well cooked and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The pork was the winner on the day but every starter and main was excellent.

Lots of great reviews so we went (and it was open on a Sunday in August). VERY expensive for the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the service. Food - over ambitious and the prices matching some of the top restaurants in Valencia. I had spicy lamb skewer. I like my lamb pink but not raw in the middle.... More

We stayed in the old town for a week and this restaurant was close by. Very relaxed and friendly with an interesting and different menu. The Iberico pork main course was absolutely sensational and we could have tried everything on the menu. The waiter gave us some good tips although we wish we had the cheese ice cream, which he... We went here twice in the week we were in the city as we liked it so much. The recipes are imaginative and the portions generous...so much so that I could not finish my main course of pork on our first visit. The decor is basic but the atmosphere is friendly and genuine. This area of the city is a... More

Wonderful meal! I had the quinoa dish which I highly recommend for a vegetarian option. Service was excellent and wait staff was friendly.

We had been recommended this restaurant by the owner of the apartment we rented and we weren't disappointed! Our dishes were beautifully presented with unusual but harmonious fresh ingredients. The portion sizes were plentiful and everything was delicious. My partner and I dine out a lot at home and on holiday but we both agreed we'd never eaten anything quite... More

Arriving after walking in the pouring rain, we were warmly greeted by the proprietor. Within minutes we ordered and were served a very good bottle of Spanish red followed by one of the best appetizers ever, a goat cheese terrine, artfully crafted with delicious accompaniments. The main entree, succulent and perfectly cooked lamb that had been tied during the cooking... More
