We were looking for a place to eat late in the evening in the old town and found this place. Weren't sure that we were going to get any decent food, but we were wrong. Lovely food and good service. Would definetly go back if I was to return to Valencia. Don't forget, it is a very tiny restaurant.

On a recommendation from Hotel Caro, we tried the tasting menu here one night. The food was beautifully presented and the flavours were amazing. Portions were small as appropriate for a tasting menu and the food just kept on getting better. Cod in batter was exquisite as were the beef cheeks in red wine sauce which followed. When the bill... Every time we come to Valencia we eat there at least once. We choose degustation menu and never regretted. Always good food, good wine, very good atmosphere, very friendly stuff who remembers us and prices are reasonable in the middle of 'tourist' area.

Tucked in to the shadows in a not very busy street but less than 200 meters from the Central Market is this fine bistro style foodery. Its small and charming , the staff are ever so helpful the food is from an other planet called I really like it here. Its a little unusual for the style of some dishes... More

The owner of the apartment we rented recommended this restaurant, particularly the menu a dia. We went here twice in the late afternoon during our week in Valencia, once on a weekday and once on a Saturday. For the variety and quality of food, both days were such a bargain: 13 Euros on the week day and 18 Euros on... More

Simply presented, good quality ingredients, friendly service and excellent value. Would recommend the taster menu as the variety is good and imaginative. Wine recommendation was good and the list not expensive. As usual in Spain, things were quiet untIl about 10.30pm and then exploded with life as locals arrived. Think we were the only tourists in a full restaurant which... More

Go there, try the seafood and the meats, enjoy the sweats and the excellent services. although in the crowded tourist part of Valencia, this particular restaurant has kept everything one could adore in Spain - service, food, tradition, excellent service. admiration!

We booked a table through TripAdvisor for what we thought was for the same evening and had selected the tasting menu. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, only to be told that our booking was for the following night (be warned that the default date is for the following day!) Anyhow the maitre'd said we were lucky as they had... More
