I am only writing this to endorse, what most people think many of our friends have eaten at the very best restaurants in towns and on cruise ships and this is right up there with the best. The chef is both very good and a great entertainer to his guests. Among our crowd we have had at least 30-40 meals... More

The food is fantastic aligned with the welcome from the owner /chef and wife. They made everyone feel part of an occasion rather than awkward silence. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Benidorm.

We arrived very late for our reservation and the owner kindly kept the restaurant open for us after phoning to check we really were coming - we just couldn't find any parking! The restaurant is tiny - seating around 24, so booking is definitely required. The food was just delicious and the service very helpful and pleasant. They offer 3... More

Visited last night with a crowd of 12 and had excellent food and service. The mussels were delicous and the chicken with prunes and walnuts was equally good. The owner was so friendly and such good fun and we had a superb night. Would highly recommend this restaurant but make sure you book it in advance. We will definately return... More

My meal (chicken with spinach and blue cheese) as outstanding however my partner's pork was very dry. After speaking with the chef he agreed to not charge us for this dish and gave us a drink each gratis. Small restaurant but they will try to accommodate you if they have space.

We visited The Vagabond last night and The meal and staff were excellent. The best mussels I have ever eaten. We couldn't eat the desert as we were too full. We are going back on Sunday to try the steak this time. Top marks Tom and Jacqui

Fred the owned came out and chatted to all the clientèle in the restaurant and made you feel very welcome and relaxed. The meal consisted of horderves, a sample of the soup of the day (which was sweet potato & ginger),... More

A crowd of us recently visited this restaurant. There were quite a lot if us, sowe had ordered food well in advance before arrival. We got there as we arranged, at 7,30pm. It was 9,30pm when our main course finally appeared. The food wasn't bad but two hours is a long time to spend sipping water waiting for the food... More
