We went because we were told it was the place to go. Went in the afternoon so not busy, food on the bar not as extensive as some of the bars. Very nice all the same with a glass of wine as an afternoon rest. Lovely bar, nice décor, just shame not as much choice as later in the day.

Loved the experience. All tapas we took were very tasty and special. Service at the bar went much faster than we thought given the amount of people. It was such a great atmosphere.

The tapas here are some of the best in town, definitely. But are probably $1 more than other bars. It is very near the main plaza, so it is very accessible. My only complaint would be that it's really small so it is hard to make an order.

I was here before & returned again on my recent visit to Pamplona. I actually returned here multiple times on my visit here as I was always impressed. The pinxtos here are always full of flavor- they just use great ingredients here & you can tell. You can sit or stand outside or inside comfortably. It is an absolute stop... More

This was our favourite pinchos bar in Pamplona. Staff really friendly and helpful and pinchos were really tasty and reasonable priced. Great atmosphere.

We went there today and had the most wonderful lunch. Food was exciting and delicious. We came at the peak of lunch hour which made the restaurant full of guests. It was crowded and loud, but for us this was just an added part to an authentic experience. Prices were very fair; 7 pintxos, 2 beers, 2 sodas and a... More

When in Pamplona, go to Gaucho to taste some good, well elaborated culinary tapas! Foie is very good and also the poached egg with porcini mushroom sauce in a small glass! The inconvenience is that it is always too crowded to enjoy and taste the food and the service is not the nicest!

Ten friends doing the Camino ate at Gaucho Bar , 3 that I know of suffered from food poisoning the following days, This had a severe effect on there walking the rest of the Camino. If you are visiting Pamplona avoid Gaucho.

We had a lovely evening in Gauchos but it did nt end well. Our group of friends ate tapas here on Sunday last at various stages of the evening. One of the tapas i ate seemed under cooked so i left the rest of it.That night 3 of 10 of us became quite ill. I am only today feeling better. The... More
