Good meat!!!

I went to this restaurant with some friends during San Fermin's party! This restaurant is in the downtown and we asked for 'chuleton' it was awesome! I recomend you this restaurant if you are close to it! A negative thing was that we asked for a free shot and they told us that they couldn't do it!

We dined here over 20 times now. The lamb, the steak, the fish, the soups, the salads, the ice cream -- all wonderful. This is a bona fide Basque/Navarran meal in a family restaurant. These are good people -- honest and hardworking. No trip to Pamplona should fail to include eating at San Fermin.

You have to be prepared for wall to wall people and a 24 hour a day party but the history of this festival and the running of the bulls is well established thanks to Ernest Hemingway. It was overwhelming and completely amazing. This real life daredevil experience where thousands of runners race with the bulls to the arena each morning... More

The bona fide meal you get here continues to be among the best in the region. We are here every summer, and there are plenty of places we have to skip because of time constraints. We never miss San Fermin! Great Navarran meal, great services, reasonable prices, great decor, easy to get to. The fig ice cream is fabulous!

It's now ticked off on the bucket list!! Amazing and totally different to anything. Be prepared to stick to the pavements - yes, that much alcohol gets spilt! People peeing in public, there just aren't enough public toilets for the amount of people there

The Mandarra was closed last time we visited Pamplona, s we went here. Excellent food on a set menu and the house wine meant a bill of about 40 euros for 2.

Went here with some French friends with dauntingly high standards. For authentic Navarran cooking, this is the bee's knees - unpretentious cooking of top quality. Staff rightly proud of their restaurant. Menu only in Spanish but staff happy to translate into English and French. Ambience is modern and very clean but the warmth of the service gives the place real... More

We checked both restaurant streets in Pamplona (Estafeta and San Nicolas) and had to conclude that there was not a single restaurant offering nice outdoor seating. Then we checked out the Plaza de Castillo. The Italian restaurant (La Tagliatelle) had a terrace, but oru first impression of the menu and service made us leave. Thus we ended up here. Quite... Run with the Bulls or don't ; either way , you will never forget San Fermin ! Hemingway had it right ; you can write you own novel after a visit to Pamplona for the Fiesta . Can't wait to return ! Papa

This is a lovely restaurant where I have had meals primarily during the Sanfermines and during other times as well. Excellent local cuisine including great salads, red peppers, white aspagarus, ham, cod, trout, lamb. You climb a flight of stairs to get to this place.
