It's now ticked off on the bucket list!! Amazing and totally different to anything. Be prepared to stick to the pavements - yes, that much alcohol gets spilt! People peeing in public, there just aren't enough public toilets for the amount of people there

The Mandarra was closed last time we visited Pamplona, s we went here. Excellent food on a set menu and the house wine meant a bill of about 40 euros for 2.

Went here with some French friends with dauntingly high standards. For authentic Navarran cooking, this is the bee's knees - unpretentious cooking of top quality. Staff rightly proud of their restaurant. Menu only in Spanish but staff happy to translate into English and French. Run with the Bulls or don't ; either way , you will never forget San Fermin ! Hemingway had it right ; you can write you own novel after a visit to Pamplona for the Fiesta . Can't wait to return ! Papa

This is a lovely restaurant where I have had meals primarily during the Sanfermines and during other times as well. Excellent local cuisine including great salads, red peppers, white aspagarus, ham, cod, trout, lamb. You climb a flight of stairs to get to this place.

Navarra is increasingly a culinary capital of th world, so it's hard to stand out. This is like eating in your grandmother's kitchen: no pretension, but great food. Not a tourist in sight. San Fermin provides an excellent meal in a nice but casual setting. It is a respite from the fiesta storm. We eat here 2 or 3 times... More
