Fine Dining in Old Town

We tried this restaurant because they have one Michelin star, highly ranked on TripAdvisor and these certificates were correct. We had a dinner on the opening day of Fiesta San San Fermín hence most of guests were in the ‘uniform’ white shirt and pants plus red scarf, very funny dress attire... read more

The place in my opinion is very elegant but the staff is friendly and far from cold with is my cup of tea. The food is a blend of classics, mostly typical local dishes from Navarra region and the basque country, local high quality products but also definitely french touch and some italian and japanese surprises like the sashimi with truffle... With no doubt, one of the best restarants in Pamplona. The service was excellent and very knowledgeable and the food was very imaginative and prepared with perfection. I had a fantastic experience and I will defenetlly recommend to any food lover. I will go back again.

Amazing food and service! We even got to meet the head chef/owner who is very cool. There is a variety of food and you should just go by the recommendation. The sommelier is great as well! Do go!

On a lone trip to Pamplona I decided to treat myself to a meal out and I am so glad I stumbled across this place. An absolute joy - a busy little place but I was made so welcome despite not having a reservation. The staff were very friendly and attentive and it was obvious there were a lot of... More

This was a rare find on our trip to Spain. Fine dining in very classy restaurant. All our entrees were excellent and presented with great artistry. This restaurant is on the outskirts of the old city, not among most of the hubub of town, but still a walk from the main square.

I highly recommend this restaurant & would share that it is a must do if you are staying in Old Town. The large entry doors open to a beautiful space to enjoy a great meal. The service & staff here are personal, friendly & caring- which only adds to the authenticity of the dining experience here. The wine list is... More

Loved this beautiful tucked away place. Amazing staff and the best food we have tasted in 6 months travel of Europe. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys fine food and great service.

Usually I would reward a restaurant with such excellent cooking with the highest rating available. The fish, jamon, presentation, wine and knowledgeable people were all appreciated. But I have to take a point away from La Nuez for not trying enough to please its guests. First, there was a very hard sell to choose a dessert when ordering dinner. We... More
