Came in for dinner at about 7pm. Ordered 5 large pintxos a small beer and 2 sodas for 18 euro. Pintxos was very tasty, atmosphere great, service very friendly. All around recommendable to anyone looking for great low to mid priced food!

Went to try a new place for pintxos in Pamplona and found La Mandarra de la Ramos. Curious name and yet amazing food. Very good price and with 3 pintxos each you dine like a king. Best pintxos that I've tried so far. It's very busy, but you have 2 choices:either you ask to eat while standing and drinking with... More

Popped in for breakfast and it was delicious. The señora that served us was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to describe each and every one of the delicacies on offer and said she would make us up a packed lunch before we set off for Santander tomorrow. Great food, great tea & coffee, great customer service to the... More

A Wednesday evening in early June saw my wife and I wandering the streets of Pamplona in search of recommended pinxho bars. This one drew us in with the Iberico hams strung above the bar. Busy bar with helpful staff and our selections made. Don't ask what we had but they were all good apart from the one with a... More

We stopped off in Pamplona on our way to San Sebastian during Easter. We were drawn to this Bar because it was so crowded that diners had spilled out onto the lane way. There was a festive mood, people drinking and eating and obviously having a great time. This was our first experience of a tapas bar and we weren't sure... More

Perfect tapas in bustling surroundings. Very crowded at weekends so go a bit earlier (pre 9pm) or ask to go into the restaurant at the back. A bit pricier than in the bar, but still cheap by UK standards and excellent quality.

This is one of the best places to have tapas in San Nicolas Street in Pamplona. The crowds gather here to enjoy well prepared and tasty tapas, which are not overly expensive. They have very good jamon (hanging on top of your heads), and the place is lively with people of all ages. A little bit too noisy, thought, for... More

Had a wonderful dinner in this buzzing, characterful bar and restaurant. The tapas tend to be on the big side- more of a mini-meal really - so we opted for seating in the restaurant at the back. What an excellent meal! The calamari paired with pardon peppers was up there with the best I've had and the Huelva prawns also... More

Everything we had here was really good, but the pepper/cheese balls were like Heaven-in-your-mouth. Don't know what they are called or what's in them but they are the BEST! Look for them on the bar, they are golden (deep-fried maybe?) and about the size of a tennis ball. Servers/bartenders are very busy and maybe not so friendly but it didn't... More
