Very impressed

A mixture of classic typical Murcia dishes and some more experimental dishes. The restaurant itself is very beautiful, well laid out and always very popular. I was recently here for the celebration of a christening and I was amazed by the quality of the food we were served. The entrants, the rice and the mains, they were all great. Fabulous!

Indoors, this resto is quite nice. The food is unusual and traditional, with tapas being their specialty. The tuna burger is delicious, and the bacalao croqueta also worth the order. But for some of the other things we got, it was just over priced. One jamon croqueta that was nothing close to any of the others we've had during the... More

I visited the restaurant as part of my partner''s birthday trip to Murcia. We were in the company of another couple who live nearby. We opted for a table outside and it wasn't until we had been brought our starters, that we noticed the surcharge for eating outside instead of a table inside, which was in small print at the... This place is worth a visit. Food was good and service was excellent. Make sure you get a gin from the gin wagon.

Great food and service. Nice elderly gentlemen serving traditional food in a trendy atmosphere. The Gin and Tonic wagon (yes, a wagon) completed the entire trip to Spain.

We had lunch at Barra Picoteo de Hispano. This is the tapas bar that belongs to hotel Hispano, very close to the cathedral. Murcia is famous for it's tapas. But if you are looking for tapas at even higher culinary level, this is the place to be. The bar is modern and comfortable. The service is excellent. Tapas like Lámina... More

I was taken to this restaurnat by a business partner, the service and the food was very good, it is nicely decorated and the ambiance is good. Try the ocal specialties all related to vegetables and fruits, the are a must in the region. Wine list is fair but good.

We were advised by friends to try this restaurant. They said the owners used only the freshest and best ingredients to cook the regional cuisine that they specialize in. And were our friends right. This place is fantastic, all the dishes tasted just like you thought they ought to. We even had fried ice cream, which was fried and flamed... More
