Unique, unpretentious food

This is a phenomenal small restaurant. A hidden gem, not easy to find, but just fantastically authentic. Fortunately went there with a Spanish client who explained we’d like to share dishes, not tapas, but main plates. A selection of their favourite dishes arrived, separated out on to three plates for each of us dining. We ate five plates between three,... More

By far one of the best and most imagainitve meals I have had in Madrid. We started with home smoked sardines, followed by omlette with truffle shavings, then a bone marrow dish with steak filets as a side and to finish a super yummy chocolate dessert. The wine pairing as chosen by the owner was perfect with the food. The... More

Cigalas is crayfish in Spanish. Sacha cooks the crayfish in Vermouth and white wine, with roasted garlic and leeks. It is a dish that I had never tasted before, and it will be on my table if I get to visit Madrid again!

My daughter and I had lunch at Sacha's at the recommendation of another Madrid chef. We're so glad we did. Sacha asked our preferences and made us a wonderful meal. Smoked sardines an white garlic sauce, a perfect sirloin and incredible dessert. The service was very good; the food incredible. The crowd was primarily business men and women. There is... More

Although we thought we were very comfortable with spanish menus this one through us. They did not have a English menu and the server who came to help us knew only a few words of English Somehow we managed to put together an acceptable combinations of dishes, which were outstanding. However the seeming lack of care for people struggling with... More

Sacha is a place where you expect to have great food and service and so far they have never disappointed. Had a dinner with collegues from out of town and everyone really enjoyed the meal. Market fresh food, simply but deliciously prepared. Great wine and cava. What I also love about Sacha is that although it is white glove service,... More

We recently enjoyed a luncheon in the very attractive Sacha. It is definitely a "find" in Madrid. The food is excellent and the staff efficient and courteous. We would always recommend Sacha to visitors.

The best ingredients expertly prepared. A perfect meal. Wine list is limited, but the wines are of good quality and fairly priced. The maitre d' was very amiable and solicitous of our needs; and the service was otherwise correct. Our best, of many good meals, in Madrid.
