Went to TGI on Sunday early evening, place was clean and tidy and the staff very friendly. Food came out hot and was excellent. A little expensive, but it's the brand you pay for at the end of the day. Overall, great service great food worth the visit.

After visiting various Madrid restaurants we found TGI Fridays Gran Via provided the best service during our stay. Rocio our waitress treated us like family and Esther, her teammate did as well. We were so impressed with Rocio that her manager, Monica awarded her with a service recognition pin in our presence. The beer was cold the food was great...by... More

Great experience with fast service, good value and tasty food! We went there last week and had a great meal with offers on drinks to make it very cost effective. It is right on the Gran Via which is one of the main roads so very easy to get to.

We decided to give TGI Fridays a go as we had been eating Tapas most evenings. The restaurant was empty when we arrived so we were seated quickly, however it took ages for the waiter to take our order to the point where we were ready to leave! We could understand if it was busy but there were about 4... More

Good meal but a bit expensive and MUCH TOO MUCH SALT in the Chili Fries and regular fries. Nice friendly service.

We ate here a few times on our visit as it was next door to our hotel - after a long day sightseeing you don't want to go too far. Each time the food and service was good - they have a bar area which had a very good barman who made some excellent cocktails.

Not the best experience. I ate at better TGI's in USA. My steak came cold and my drink warm. The service was friendly but very slow, and the restaurant is only half full. Try some tapas in the neighborhood.

We went to TGIF on our last day in Madrid. It was pretty much our last meal in that city. We went for a late lunch. The outsider seating was nearly empty and inside only a few tables were taken. So we assumed we would be served rather quickly. Not really... We were seated quickly but a waiter came to... More
