I booked days in advance to make sure I was given an outdoor table. The ambiance is great and the menu is simply amazing. Their appetizers are very tasty, specially for a seafood lover like me. I'd recommend the shrimp spring rolls and the soft shell crabs. Awesome for a special occasion.

My wife and I visited Cafe Saigon for the first time on Three Kings Day 2014 (a national holiday in Spain). We had made reservations for 8:30 PM (20:30) via the El Tenedor web-site for a 40% discount on main dishes, appetizers and desserts (but not drinks). It is easy to satisfy the minumum requirements to qualify for the discount.... More

This was a great break from tapas (as much as I love them). The food at Saigon was beautiful. We ordered the "Surtido de entrantes Cafe Saigon" and it was a fabulous sampler of their appetizers. We then ordered two mains: Rape con salsa de coco y lemongrass and Tallarines de arroz con carne de cangrejo al curry. This was... More

Great food. Start with the Pho stew, and end with some lovely deep-fried soft-shell crabs. Maybe some tiger prawn rolls too.

One of my favorite foods is Vietnamese. I have eaten at many Vietnamese food at many restaurants throughout the world, but it was such a pleasant surprise to find Cafe Saigon in Madrid. The decor is very pleasant, the service was outstanding and the food was fantastic. They offer an al la carte menu and a set menu. After reading... More

Being our first time at this restaurant, my husband and I ordered the degustacion menu for 2, However we left feeling hungry because the portions were very small!. Everything was cooked to perfection and very well presented. However, we plan to go back in September with friends, but we will order off the normal menu which we noticed what most... More

When I first went to this restaurant eight years ago I was blown away by the food, but it now seems like an average Chinese restaurant rather than an excellent Vietnamese one. We've been twice in the last year and both times were disappointing, so we won't be going back again. There are far better options in Madrid for this... More

We ate here on a Sunday and it was packed. It's extremely popular with the under 35 set and had many large groups dining. The interior is lovely and while it advertises itself as Vietnamese it's more of a pan Asian, kind of Chinese sort of Spanish menu. The food has largely been adapted to a Spanish palate, so the... A nice break following a few days of Spanish food. We enjoyed the Indonesian menu which gave us a taste of many different dishes. It's an emits le experience at a decent price.
