Loved their menu (had a great mix of tapas style food, from seafood to traditional jamon) and nice cup of wine and the prices are fair

It was the best Paella, my friends loved the paella and the wine everyone was happy with their choices. I like to experiment with the different food so I was satisfied. Surely you will love the paella, a good spot to have a bite.

We had a lovely meal here, the paella just was delicious and the calamari was perfect. Nice atmosphere and full of local spanish which we liked.

An excellent choice for a lunch. You can order from a menu or they have a day lunch menu which is 10.50 euros and includes entree, main, desert and a drink. Excellent service.

If you are staying at the hotel Convencion then do yourself a favour and eat here. We ate at the tables in the bar, not the restaurant upstairs. The food was fabulous! If you have never eaten Bellota jamon then treat yourself to a half ration which is enough to share. Not cheap but unforgettable. I then had a seriously... More

Recently I stayed at the Hotel Convencion with a friend and as the hotel was quite a way from the centre we looked for something close the hotel for a meal. At first we thought it was just a deli that sold lots of ham, then we spotted the menu and decided to try it. We were not disappointed, the... More

The Parador del Jamon is right next door to the Converncion Hotel on Calle O'Donnell. In spite of this we were ther only tourist customers, everybody else was Spanish. The food was excellent, the service friendly and exceptionally quick. The menu is in English [but ask for the 'Carta' as the menu is a lunch time fixed meal only. The... More

This restaurant is also a delicatessen specialising in hams and a few cheeses. It has a good range of beers too, and the wine list is well chosen for price and quality. You know you'll get a good deal here because of the predominantly Spanish clientele. Office workers come here for the daily set-priced "menu": a limited (but not small)... More
