What a difference in comparison to the offhand service given by some of the restaurants in the Playa Mayor. Fresh, tasty food is served with a smile at Viuda de Vacas.

This family run restaurant in the heart of Madrid serves very traditional and especial dishes like the bacalao brass o callos a la madrileña. The place is simple and unpretentious but the service makes you feel divine! I will definitely go back as soon as I have a chance
