Have been to Madrid many times and seen this restaurant but had never tried it. Finally did yesterday and the food, service, price and as well as the ambiance was excellent!! For those puertorricans who want to have their traditional foods, don't think for a monent that because the name of the restaurant is Puerto Rico, it must have some... More

A little off the beaten path. Waiting line even though it was late in the lunch time. The best service we experienced. Wait staff spoke excellent English and could describe the dishes in English. We had the Menu de Dia. Food was very good. Wine came with the meal.

After a shopping session on Gran Via, we stumbled upon this restaurant. After checking reviews on TA, we decided to check it out. Had the fixed price menu, really good. Decent size, and what was memorable was the entree: a soup! We've had not Puerto Rican before and happy with this.

Not only did the waiter look at us like we were crazy when we asked for mofongo, but the owner/manager did as well!! No plantain items anywhere on the menu! Definitely not authentic or tasty.

Restaurant Puerto Rico is in the heart of Madrid, close to Puerta Del Sol. Excellent food and service for the price. It is a small place that is always full, but wait you will not be disapointed.

This is a great place! With amazing prices, i went 5 times and every time was a great experience! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ love it! This restaurant is great for family, couples, and business. If you go there you should try " Pollo a la Villarroy" and "Gaspacho" AMAZING!

Simple, ample portions, tasty and fresh. Expect a good deal for your wallet and stomach. I had the fried trout expecting a fillet, but they give you the whole fish! Crispy skin on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. Wonderful!

We were staying close (Hotel Liabeny - very good) to this restaurant , which is in a very central location. It looked cheap and cheerful - cheap it was - cheerful, less so. One of the waiters was distinctly stony-faced and abrupt (with everybody). The other fellow, who looked more like the proprietor, was more communicative. The food, it has... More

After reading the reviews here we decided to go and did not made a mistake. The staff was friendly, prices really acceptable and quality of food quite fine. This is not the most luxurious restaurant in... More

Visited this restaurant on our last night in Madrid. Recommended by the hotel staff. (Best Western Arosa). It's clear the locals eat here and all are welcome. The food was plentiful, well cooked with excellent flavours and amazing value. The menu was extensive and we had four different staters, mains and desserts washed down with two good bottles of red...
