Even when he opened first in Madrid at the Hotel Miguel Angel, his capacity of not being up to standard was one of his downfalls. I simply do not understand how a guide as prestigious as Michelin still rates him. He has a serious problem maintaining the level and quality of his food. It's as if he didn't care. When... More

At 2-star Michelin guide, this restaurant delivered amazing courses with polite and professional staff. We had the wine pairing menu at 200 euros pr person and a night to remember. Top notch food and a nice and calm interior. Round tables make you connect better to your party. Highly recommended.

We were fortunate to eat at The Chef's Table and I can only describe our experience as the meeting place of art and science - of Cirque de Soleil and Michelin - an entertainment and a culinary outing of world-class standard. Food - exquisite. Wine - fascinating. Service - attention to detail and friendly. I have eaten in many amazing... More

Thank you for a wonderful meal. We have eaten in many Michelin star restaurants in UK and Europe and last night was one of the best. Fully merits 2 star status! Service very efficient without being invasive - attention to detail by the kitchen was something special! Kind Regards Gordon Shaw

The service was impeccable and the food extremely tasty and original. In addition to our choices we were offered two different rounds of finger food hors d'oeuvres and a plate of finger food desserts after we had already eaten our chosen desserts. We had a pink cava with the first plates and a red wine with the main dish. Both... More

Very nice clean atmosphere to start with. Sara Fort is really present…Food just perfect. Explosion of taste, very original. The revisitation of the Tapas was art…. We choose the wine pairing, it was very well adjusted. I must say the bill was a good surprise. Absolutely not excessive for a ** and such quality. Really the best restaurant in Madrid... More

I understand how matoux00 felt. I, too, received a reply in Spanish requiring me to telephone to confirm 24 hours before, which would have been a chore, because we were arriving in Madrid that day. However, then I discovered that not only did you not have to confirm, if you book with "The Fork", but The Fork actually send a... More

We advanced book this 2 Michelin star restaurant having discovered it was an El Bulli trained Chef. Minimalistic yet intimate only 30 covers per evening. Tables close but staged so that customers look out and can see staff working quietly , calmly and efficiently. Made to feel very special by all staff. We chose the tasting menu and my Husband...
