Good service, good food.

Went here twice during my stay. Located on Irish Town which runs parallel with Main St. It's quite a large pub which appears to attract tourists and locals alike. There was a quiz night going on down one side of the pub the first time I visited. I chose the Lasagne the first time I visited which... read more

Had a lovely lunch here, seafood salad was nice. Shame it was crab stick rather than crab though. Service is excellent, really attentive and like a laugh

Excellent staff, reasonable prices, great surroundings, good food, clean toilets, can sit inside or out, although outside limited somewhat. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner, with good choice

Gib's a great place and over the years I've spent a few too many hours in this pub. The food on all occasions has been of a good standard. For the previous reviewers bad review everyone is entitled to their opinion but I found his review a bit harsh. It's not trying to be anything but a pub, that serves... More

Poor service from the moment we sat down. The waitress was rude, unprofessional and un informed. We ordered several drinks that were on the menu to be told they don't do them, asked for something else on the menu and they don't do them either. Very annoying. We then ordered the roast of the day, she didn't know what meat... More

Visiting Gibraltar for a day and happened upon this very friendly place. The staff were happy to chat and made sure you had everything you wanted. Nachos are delicious and the chicken in bbq sauce outstanding.

I used to come here for the breakfast every time I visited Gibraltar. But in the last 12 months its sadly lost its appeal. The food is still pretty good but the portions are now a lot smaller for the same price but what really let it down was the staff there. One in particular was really bad. It was... More

Exactly what I wanted, just a hop across the border of Spain. Functional with decent prices (in GBP), there's nothing bad I can say about the Clipper if you're in town and crave traditional pub fare. Cheers!

Went here for a evening meal, basic inside, but the food is delicious, we all had different meals and all were excellent! My prawn and avocado salad was the best salad I ever had! The staff were friendly and laid back not pushy at all, unlike some places!

Tucked away a bit in Irish town but so glad we went. Had a great meal which later on our waitress Catalina (or Cat) was absolutely lovely. Really welcoming and made us go back for lunch the following day because such a nice feel for the place. Food good and simple but delicious. It won't break the bank and you'll... More
