Fine Neighborhood Spot for Dinner

Delicious dinner. Very good service and nice place. Very big dishes, but don't worry, the waiter will give you advice. Very good octopus, jam and meat. One of the best place in Santiago where you can choose the type of watter that you would drink. Of course one of the best Albariño wine range in all Santiago, ask for advice!!

The restaurant was recommended to us, but having visited, it appears it is only used by tourists. The menu is adequate but does not have too many choices, making it a one visit only choice. Snacks can be had before 20.30 (when the restaurant upstairs opens) outside and in the bar area. Pricy for what you get!

La Bodeguilla is one of a 3 restaurants in a Santiago chain. It is an unpretentious, good value, excellent food and service restaurant for people looking to get beyond the pilgrims menu. I recommend getting there around 8 pm for dinner, having drinks to get a god table and then having dinner when they start to serve around 8:30 PM.... More

After a terrible lunch in a restaurant in the city center, we had this amazing dinner at la bodeguilla de San roque! Amazing food, everything very tasty, nice portions and friendly staff. A place to go back in a next visit to Santiago !

We came here at the recommendation of Miradoiro de Belvis Hotel. Tried "menu do dia" with an excellent Gazpacho, fish plate and coffee for Euro 11.50, fifty cents are for those eating outside. Great food with good value, quiet street atmosphere.

Great value Bistro which is popular with the locals. We arrived about 9:00 and only just managed to get a table. When we left at about 10:30 there was a substantial queue outside. Estrella de Galicia is the local brew and it's very nice.

This little restaurant was recommended to us by the locals when we were in Santiago in 2014. I returned in May, 2015, and again enjoyed a wonderful meal. The food is delicious and has a definite regional touch. It can be busy but it's worth the wait. There's an upstairs area, too, so ask about being seated there. And it's... More

Was here 2 years ago and promised myself I would come back as soon I would be back in Santiago. And I promised it again! Great dinner, still big portions, yummy tapas, great recommendation for wine. Do make a reservation, it's a busy place!

The small tapas of different types came with each drink you ordered depending on what time you were there.
