After days of grilled or fried fish, it was nice to have a meal that was inventive, different, and had multiple ingredients! The staff was very friendly and accomodating...we needed them to repeat the specials a few times! We had a merluza/crab mousse, mushroom and pine nut risotto, and a hamburger (no bun). Dessert was a light flan with fresh... More

we arrived early 8pm and they had reservations but took us in. The staff did not speak a lot of English but had a no trouble ordering the traditional Galician food.of course that is the fun of travelling and getting the message through is not hard. I had lovely scampi and my partner had a filo pastry stuffed with fish... More

Visited this restaurant as the No 1 on TA was closed a few doors away and it was a huge disappointment. The first course of Zamburinas was tasty. The 2nd of Fillet steak cooked over 2 hot pineapples was terrible. it was served in A jus/ Gravy and was tasteless coupled with Foie which did not help. There were no... More

The service was almost so good as the food. My best choice in this city. Great atmosphere and one of the best desserts I have ever tasted. Strawberries with cheese cream!

What a find! Such a nice warm, little but with plenty of character... The food just to die for... Everthing was delicious. We would def recommend it whereas you are in A Coruña. This is the real galician stuff!! God bless them.

I've been travelling and living in Spain on and off for over 30 years, and as the title suggests, this restaurant was perfect. Slightly daunted on arrival as in a very run down part of town, but we need not have worried it was absolutely superb. Great, hearty authentic Galician food - place was packed with locals, we were the... More

Went there late, had a good meal, a bit dark but that is the ambience, I would go back very helpful waitress as my Spanish is only soso. The Hake fish was perfectly cooked and the Passion Fruit Tart was very flavorful as well. Very good if you go with a few friends and have some wine and food for... More

We loved our meal here, everything was delicious. We ordered a lot of food and were offered half portions, which was great. We had pulpo (pictured) which was great, of the places in La coruna it was the best we tired. The langoustine risotto was also amazing. We had croquettes, duck and tuna carpaccio, all really tasty. Our waitress spoke... More
