We went here on a Monday afternoon after several other seafood places we tried were closed. We were optimistic as we walked in - nice server and nice decor. However, the food made it clear that whoever was in the kitchen had either little skill, little love for the profession, or likely both. We started with the mussels, supposedly Galician-style.... I had in this restaurant one of the most delightful dinne of my trip in Northern Spain. All the seafood plates are simply delicious (I reccomend pulpo a la gallega, it's a must, and the squid with rice, as well as the monkfish). The owner was incredibly welcoming and offered us the coffe and a special plate of desserts. We... More

The service was friendly and attentive. The garlic shrimp were great and the scallops with leaks were spectacular. We are going back tomorrow.

Located in one of the side street close to the beach and not very apparent from outside, this restaurant proven to be a culinary gem in A Coruna. Every single meal that we had was top notch. And the most important of all, also very affordable.

We thought it would be helpful for people to know that the restaurant is now closed on Tuesday evenings as well as Mondays so we were unable to eat there. PS We had to give it an "average" rating as tripadvisor does not allow us to leave the rating blank !!

We came here two nights in a row. We walked past all the tapas restaurants and then guiltily came back for more. We were glad we did. Every dish we had was v good but would especially recommend the mixed salad, garlic prawns, seafood croquettes and the Galician hake. The service was very good. There is a menu in English.... More

You probably would not visit this place if you were just passing as it looks very ordinary and is on a seedy back street. However, don't be put off as the food is very good - not a gourmet experience but for Galician specialties (octopus, hake etc) it is fine and excellent value. We arrived at about 9pm and had... Be careful! You might end up only eating the delightful crayfish fritters they cook here, over and over again. There's much more to choose, like their fresh turbot or hake fish, either grilled or galician style (which I strongly recommend). The owners are very friendly and always make sure you are pleased with your meal or dinner. Enjoy!!

This is a great recommendation by Trip....Great meal, very personal service. In fact, Felix the owner of the restaurant, personally served us his creations...We didn't even have to look at the menu or the wine list.
