A very quiet night in Sitges in February but still the front of house and kitchen staff produced traditional Catalan food of the highest order. No shortcuts here. Full flavoured cream of calcot soup, deep fried artichoke hearts followed by veal in a rich red wine sauce and the house special cazuela Sitges style. Delightful staff.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We've been coming here since 1999, typically for Sunday lunch (but at other times also) and have always had great food and great service. The fried baby artichokes appetizer are worth the trip alone! One this most recent visit two of us had the Dover sole with almonds and two had... More

Sitges has some fabulous restaurants and this is one of them. Its very traditional food, you'll leave here stuffed to the gills and will need to walk it off along the beach. We started with the speciality prepared for Cine week. Octopus on as bed of potatoes and butifarra negra, with a glass of cacva to complement. It was very... More

Are you in Sitges or maybe planning a visit? If this is the case, do not miss La Nansa. In my view, this is one of the top restaurants you will have to visit to have an understanding of our gastronomy. La Nansa offers you a unique approach to local gastronomy with recipes nobody else knows (but other restaurants tried... More

The service may be somewhat formal but it is nonetheless welcoming. The food is excellent and also value for money. The menu focuses on Sitges and Catalonian classics. A must-return too for us.

Perhaps the oldest and most unique restaurant in Sitges, due to its amazing menu including very old Sitges recipes that you can only experience in La Nansa. I would recommend its "arrós a la sitgetana", own version of local paella, tasteful, delightful. Fish are excellent too, with some rare Mediterranean varieties. For those who love snails, perhaps the most surprising... More

We went here because it was very highly recommended by the owner of a local winery we visited. All 6 of us were incredibly disappointed because each one of us found the food to be too salty. Perhaps we hit an off night, because I see there are all glowing reviews here. But our experience was not good. The decor... More

Exceptional family run Catalan restaurant. Fabulous cuisine, fresh produce and recipes transferred from generation to generation. What is now known as slow food! Excellent fish as a main course, depending on the time of year and sea ... As not "Sitges rice", an ancient recipe of fishermen. Good service, no fleeting fancy, as has always been in the Mediterranean cuisine.... More

From the beginning to the end, EXCELLENT. If you are staying in Sitges or on a one day visit from Barcelona or surrounding areas this restaurant is a MUST. Some of the best food that I've tasted in a long time. Delicious, good quality food. Everything that we tried was great so I think I would have to recommend anything... More

If you are looking for traditional Spanish restaurant with quality food and great service, look no further. The restaurant is very traditional and nautical themed. Lovely olives, meat slices and bread as you are seated, all complimentary. Started with some cava and then splurged and went for the Iberian acorn fed ham with tomato bread which was worth every cent,... More
