My friend and I decided to eat at L'Arcada whilst in Girona. The menu was very extensive and we both ate pasta dishes. The portions were huge and the prices were cheap considering the quality and quantity of food. Two main courses, a side of focaccia and two soft drinks for 25eu. Worth a visit.

The setting is great for people watching, we had a table outside,it was October so not so warm, they have heaters in the parasols which mafe it very comfortable. We had a three course set lunch, which was excellent value €14, the service was very good the staff very pleasant all in all a very good experience

It is a tourist trap - staff "herds" passing tourists on the street tempting them on what seems like reasonably priced menu. The food was average at best - I had pasta carbonara, which happens to be one of my favorites. What I got was not terrible, but had nothing to do with pasta carbonara. What made it a horrible... Staff was most attentive in getting us to eat there for dinner and it was downhill from there. Meals (paella, pasta, chicken, salad) were mediocre at best. Two were served right away and others were so late the first two were finished by the time the last two arrived (after having asked service staff about the meals twice). Desserts on... More

We were celebrating our frend birthday and just pop in that restaurant. Food was very good and the service was exellent. They managed us a birtdaycake with a candle and recommed us the best brandy in catalonia. More

We ate here 3 times - dinner twice and lunch once. Service is very good, with the staff polite but not pushy (even the waiter encouraging you to sit down was very good natured). We had Tapas the first night, and they were good, and reasonably priced. Halfway through our day of sightseeing around the town, we fancied some Iberian... More

If you´re looking for a great location to have lunch in Girona, this is not a terrible option. It is located on a main pedestrian walk-way and is a great place to eat and watch people pass by. But if good food is your motive, pass on by and don´t waste your time. This is a tourist restaurant and my... More

Despite having menus in many languages and a waiter touting for business, we decided to give this restaurant a go. The food was surprisingly good and certainly very good value for money. My sea bream was fresh and perfectly cooked. Inevitably the house wine (included in the price) was poor quality but tolerable. Service was friendly and not unduly pushing.
