Perfect for hungry man on a budget

One day, a co-worker finish the main course (half a chicken). The owner spontaneously brought an other one saying... read more

Was recommended this place by a Uruguayan friend. The steaks here are AMAZING! Thick cut, tender and juicy - I will forever be searching for a steak comparable to the ones I had here! Went here on a quiet Monday night and we ordered a mixed platter. The meat was delicious!! Be sure to try the black sausages - something... More

The food is good and the portions are large, but the recipes are just very insipid. The waiters are tired of being there to the point of unplasent and the decor, it could be great if they eliminate the Xmas trees and lights.

Hungry? Then come to this spot. Uruguayan restaurant that will not disappoint. For 30€ You can get a parillada for two that includes salad and approximately 4 lbs. of mixed meats topped with fries. The meat taste delicious.

We enjoyed very much the double meat serving. A great deal of great meat. Strongly recommend for hungry meat lovers, but not just for them. As for the price? Very reasonable.

Me and my wife visited there and we took different meats and sausages for two. The portion was very large and we could not eat all. The taste was also very good. If you are very hungry, this is the right place. I love the place specially by the huge portions. I realize that it is not so important for... More

I go to this restaurant everytime I visit Barcelona which is at least twice a year. The food is superb, cannot tell you enough how good the steak is ( better than sex at times ). The service is great and the staff are welcoming and very hospitable, also very patient with my bad attempts at ordering in Spanish. Nice... More

Ate here a couple of days ago, found it by chance. A non descript entrance, long corridor leads to a big dining room at the back. Ours was a group of 6 guys we ordered the barbecue meat platter for 4 and a couple of steaks. Massive portions fantastic meat! House wine was fine, service from one waiter was abysmal,... More

Staying in Gracia

Neighborhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the center, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theater that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
