I've eaten lunch here each time I've been to Barcelona. It's hard to beat on variety, quality, price and relaxed atmosphere. I've ticked 'yes' for one of my best meals eaten - this should be taken in context of what's available and the price.

I went to Bilbao Berria upon a friend's recommendation. It was one of the best culinary experiences of my life. Food was delicious as well as visually appealing. The view of tens of tapas plates waiting for you is in itself a plesure. I will definitely come again as soon as possible.

This tapas bar is one of a group operating in Spain. We had passed by it on numerous occasions as it was very close to the apartment we were staying in. So one lunch time we decided to give it a try. The tapas and bites are arranged along a counter from which you choose what you want to eat.... More

We enjoyed a dinner here after a day of sight-seeing. The restaurant was quite crowded, but we were found a table fairly quickly and enjoyed a very good range of Tapas options. There was one quite noisy group when we visited, but the waiter managed to serve all tables efficiently and overall, we enjoyed the meal. Recommended.

My wife and I neearly missed this oasis of food near the Barcelona Cathedral. After reading the reviews I wanted to try first hand. Knowing how to order...you don't, just grab a plate and help yourself, so we appeared to know what we were doing! We were there just after 5pm and lots of tables were available. These tapas are... Great variety of tapas, hot and cold ones. The tapas are served on a base of self service, so you can have it when ever you want... Regarding the food quality, the sea food paella was excellent, the tapas were good. Our waiter was very attentive and he provided good and intensive service all evening.

Restaurant located nearby cathedral. Usually full however waiting time for a table does not exceed 10 minutes. Great food for really affordable prices - dinner for 4 people family 40..50 Euro (tapas+drinks).Nice and helpful staff. Type of food: tapas (probably also regular menu food but this we didn't try). For us one of best restaurants in Barcelona.

We stopped for a coffee and small beer before visiting the cathedral, the cost of which was €3.40 in total which is a bargain compared to most places never mind one in a tourist trap. Good that a large beer and therefore large price was not delivered just because I am foreign! The bar was well frequented by locals- always... More
