Went here for a quick tapas lunch after it was recommended by staff at our hotel. We sat outside in the Placa del Sol and it was lovely. The food was simple, unpretentious, and tasty. Best of all was that it was inexpensive. Most of the menu items were around 3 euros each, and were rather good size. My husband... More

We ate very well at this place. We tried local tapas and wine. The place is very cheap and in a good spot.

Good tapas for a reasonable price. Some portions where big others very small. Chicken wings where very delicious but not very Spanish. Garcia is a lovely neighbourhood and the relaxed atmosphere is noticeable in the bar. Try it and love it.

Typical Spanish tapas bar away from all the tourists. Very good tapas, different things, for a good price. And when you don't know what it is when you read the menu, you can always take a look at the bar where all the tapas are. A place to remember and to recommend.

This lovely bar right in the middle of the gorgeous neighborhood of Gracia can be your break for strolling around the markets, squares and pedestrian streets that populate this are, PLUS, you will be surrounded by locals for a change. Prices are fare, coffee is good and Plaza del Sol enchanting.

Tasteful tapas, extremelly cheap, full of locals ,just in front of the placa and very nice service What else do you need to have a good time? The only problem is that you have to get in early because the tapas sells out very fast. Overall a very nice and cheap solution especially if you are travelling on a budget

Bets way to start a food holiday, unpretentious, chilled staff, delicious tapas - highly recommended. I know few people who live in the area and they go here a lot.

we went there following a guide's recommendation, so a bit doubtful of it really being a genuine place. But the food was really nice (best pan con tomate ever), the service welcoming and friendly, we were really made to feel at home, and the free shot of liquour at the end was the cream at the top of the cake.... Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Sol Soler, a young locals hangout anchoring one of the corners of Plaza del Sol. A prototypical tapas joint, it teems with young locals engaged in lively conversation until the wee hours. Menu is simple, tapas tasty & affordably priced. We enjoyed the quiche with tuna, potato omelet with mushrooms, sweet & spicy chicken wings,... More

I went here with a big group of friends based on our Spanish teacher's (a local) recommendation. We all had a great time. We shared a bunch of tapas like patatas bravas, olives, chicken wings, and eggplant lasagna. The food were all delicious and reasonably priced. The servers were very friendly and attentive. We even got free shots of anisette... More
