Be prepared to wait for a table

This restaurant was such a good find. It was our (my Wife and I) last day in Barcelona and needed somewhere to lunch - I am so glad we found this place. Not only was the food absolutely brilliant, it was excellent value for money. Not only this, the atmosphere added to the overall experience. I'd go back to Barcelona... More

Found this restaurant one one of the side streets near La Ramblas, and were pleasantly surprised when we walked in, the place has a great ambiance and the service was second to none. Food was decent, the spaghetti bolognese could have had a little more meat in, but the berry cheesecake and the friendliness of the staff made up for... More

Just came across this place in the side street we were on. Looked good, and popular so we went in. Menu had a wide variety, and was very good for a reasonable price. I would give them 3-stars, but for overall value they get a bump to 4.

Tucked away in narrow streets behind the main square off The Ramblas the Grill Room was well worth the visit. Decor and set-up of the restaurant was quite rustic but very clean and tidy as other reviews staff and service excellent. The food was good I had a very nice fish dish my wife's meat kebab was quite basic in... More

What a great choice of food if you are not sure what you fancy to eat! Lovely staff and nice decor and very good value for money. I ate Italian style with my wife but the table next to us had a great looking paela. Lacking a bit of atmosphere but if you are with friends or a great wife,... More

Visited Grill Room after going to La Fonda (next door) the previous night. Both restaurants are part of the same group/chain which has x9 restaurants in Barcelona. The restaurant is on a side street off La Rambla in the gothic quarter. Despite being a Saturday night the restaurant wasn't busy but lacked a bit if atmosphere - some background music... More

Discovered this place by chance like many other people had. Cannot knock it for great food and friendly staff. 5 of us ate for €25 each (£100 total) including wine, beers, tapas and mains - win in my book 👍
