A small cafe, with a nice location on a corner in the center of the town. Very good service and english talking waiter. The food has a personal touch, and the drinks becomes perfect when they are served in old jam jars. We only paid 12Euros for a starter, main dish, desert, coffee and water or a drink. It was... More

We went to Picnic because of reviews on Trip Advisor. Great location for us as we were staying in the El Born area. The first time we went for Sunday brunch. Very crowded and we needed to only wait about ten minutes. Friendly owners with an organized efficient staff. Fried green tomatoes with feta cheese was my favorite dish! All... More

A group of us went for brunch yesterday. We had no table reservation and were told to come back in half an hour for a table. There wasn´t room to have a drink at the bar while we waited. We came back at the right time and had to wait for a further 20 mins. This was not a problem... More

We loved our meal at Picnic, the chef was outstanding! The food was made with incredible attention to detail. The flavors were sublime, the food was fresh, beautifully presented and made with great feeling. And all this for an incredibly reasonable price. The server was kind, and attentive. We lingered over our afternoon meal, savoring every bite and soaking in... More

Pulled pork sandwich and fried green tomatoes - in Barcelona! Visited on a Sunday early afternoon with some business colleagues. Excellent service, English speaking waitstaff, great variety, tasty food, and a fun place. Just what we needed coming off an international flight. Highly recommend.

Amazing food, everything beautifully served and so delicious - you just sit and wonder like on the magic show: what else they have up their sleeve? How could I be even more surprised by their mastery? I'm from New York and not so easily impressed by the quality of the restaurant. But in this case - kudos to Picnic! We... More

Went here for sunday brunch. Luckily we had reserved a table, because the place got full pretty fast after opening. The food and service was amazing and we will definitely come again.

Stumbled upon Picnic one Sunday afternoon and came back two more times before I left Barcelona. Their sweet tea is delicious and the food is exquisite. The couple that owns the restaurant are so pleasant and welcoming. Recommend booking reservations if you want to go to brunch - might be hard to get a table otherwise.

Everything was great. Good food, neat and fast service. Portions seem small but THEY'RE NOT! During the week it is not so crowded, and they do have a good price menu. Weekend is full.

Australians are known for gastronomic diversity, so it came as no surprise that this gorgeous little place was set up, in a part, by a man from Tasmania. In terms of overall atmosphere, service, taste and value, this is the best place i've ever been to. Really. If you are going to Barcelona, make sure you have a meal here.... More
